Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Thanks I will try it. I have been exercising but at 56 it's getting more difficult. I am able to put in about a 25-minute jog at a decent clip no more than two times a week however I do follow the jogging with three sets of planks and three sets of push-ups. On days I don't jug I do squats and some lunges
It doesn't seem to be working I guess I need to run for more than 25 minutes and 4 more than 2 times a week
I haven't had lasagna for months and months but I know what you mean I like to eat a lot of cheese. The problem is for example a couple of days ago I sat down and went through about six or eight slices of whole wheat bread each slice had about a teaspoon of mayonnaise on it and a slice of cheese. I thought that maybe if I ate raw scallions and onions with that that it would help to dissolve it. But it doesn't help to dissolve it. I also love sardines in olive oil. I don't eat pasta. I eat some rice because my wife is Indian and she cooks a lot of basmati rice. I don't eat too much meat and I really love beans and fruit
but for some reason this is all falling apart and I'm not able to budge my weight now

It does affect the bowels because it takes longer when you have more gut fat to take a shit. I drink lots of water. In days I eat very little my stomach still seems bloated. I truly believe that American food is killing people

Don’t worry we took up a fund and are sending you back to France. I love raw vegetable and was disappointed raw veggies can’t be eaten in china, and that includes the natives
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I met Gandalf for some barbecue duck last week but all he did was bring a head of raw cabbage and GNAW on it like a rat.

For the weight you just have to be prepared to go without. I remember when I would skip meals and keep things simple weight would fall off. I was getting heavy for me at 82 kilos, didn't like it, so purposely became somewhat anorexic and lost a lot of weight. A bit mad though as I was then emaciated so had to put some back on. I keep it steady now and it doesn't take much to do.
I think not living in the West helps too. I am picky too, so I don't find it hard to avoid certain things. I avoid all bread products as they are pretty toxic. I worry about Master with his daily sandwich.

I don’t get this statement. Take a little extra time shopping. I have only bought organic veggies and free range meats and it’s really not much more expensive. You don’t need to go to Whole Foods all the time. But people make these statements like it’s impossible for them to pick out the proper foods they seek.

American food is killing people. By the time they are 100 nearly all of them are full up and just drop dead.
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I do buy organic, especially organic milk and organic bread and organic vegetables
Very tough to buy non-GMO organic meats

It was 5 kilos beyond what is medically recommended. Too heavy and it had to go. It wasn't hard to fix.

Really? I am only 6ft 1" but can't ever imagine being under 12 stone and considering that healthy.
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I think musculature has a lot to do with it. Who is more bulky will naturally be heavier at that height but who is more finely boned will easily be able to make that lower weight at that same height
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I am a monstor so 195 pounds is doable for me at 5' 6" 1/2 but it's time to lose 15 kg IN A HURRY.
