Marcos Maidana VS Adrien Broner HBO tonight

Broner learning a lot about humility!
Have to say the Maidana win was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing gets me going like boxing. Even women. Nothing gives me that visceral thrill like that. I was jumping round the fucking room when Broner got put down the first time. Heart rate right up there. No way I get to sleep for a long time now and I've been getting wasted all day. :)

In seriousness though, Broner is still a solid fighter, but it's going to be a looooooong road back for him:-\ He should probably try getting his dad to arrange some more backyard boxing matches for him at 140 to patch his ego back together.

First of all, the fact that Maidana humped him back is classic. Secondly, Showtime is overanalyzing the reasons Browner lost. Cut the crap, credit goes to Maidana for using that jab to the body and setting up the hooks and overhand shots. They are crying that Browner just needed to throw more punches but Maidana did great bodywork and hurt him throughout this fight. Bottom line is that BBrowner got beat down!

yeah a solid fighter but not the next mayweather by any stretch of the imagination as he, the media, and some deluded crazies out there thought.

Broner had not faced a forth of the fire he had prior to Barrera. He got a pass the entire way...he did

I thought he'd win easily tonight, but I also thought he'd improved since fighting Ponce De Leon and Malignaggi was just a bad style matchup for him. I love being wrong at times like this;D

I'm so happy I was wrong about the end result of this fight. So so happy.
