mundine pretty much did wat ali did against foreman except didn't knock him out ( :P did u see that bit where green slipped and mundine gave him a few taps :-\) but he did still outfight green no question. personally i thought the fight had nothign in it. hardly any punches :-\ well from green there were a few but he missed em all
yeah mundine does have som hand speed but no chin at all once hes down id say hes down. and his additude annoys me a bit :P bit of an insult to ali really beoming muslim poking his touneg out to teh camera..taunting..hands low..bounding around..i dunno i just dont like mundine much for som reason :-\ i liked ali and hes trying real hard 2 be liek him. ive seen green fight much betta tho against some german dude i think!? was all over him.
btw if any1 wanted to download the full fight try bittorrent ;) i got it on my comp and its worth having

Man...what the hell? He has no chin? He took shots from kessler and green didnt just hit nothing all night, he did hit mundine. He never went down against either of them. Whats wrong with his taunting, he gets trained by his dad and ROY JONES SNR and he is good friends with roy jones jr and possibly idolises him as much as he does ali. He got the speed to back up his taunts and he got the skill to back up his mouth. Even after he beat green there are still guys who cant give him credit. Green tried to pressure mundine and tried to hurt mundine but he couldnt land. The reasonw why he fought better against beyer is coz beyer aint as good as mundine.

Stupid logic from you once again. Evans Ashira, Kabary Salem (he even floored Calzaghe) and Rick Thornberry went 12 rounds against superman Calzaghe but none of them would most likely last 12 rounds against Kessler. Rick Thornberry was by the way KOed by Mundine.... - see that is logic ;D

Mundine has been down quite a bit against ordinary opposition and was stopped with one shot by bitchslapping Sven Ottke. I think his ability to take a clean punch is not a strength. That being said, he's very hard to hit when he's switched on and concentrating.
Kessler's been the only fighter who has controlled him and out boxed him for the whole fight and Kessler never landed clean on Mundine's chin. He mainly hit him high on the head. Mundine moved too munch and punched too little in that fight and to beat kessler he's have to set his feet more and expose himself tho the possibility of being hit. Whatever happens, it's a better fight than many of the other ones being touted at 168.

yeah! no i give mundine credit he was faster and better that night ( btw this is all my opinion of course not saying thats how it is! ;) ) ive watched this fighht oevr and over and also wat i noticed was that mundines team was much betta. green won the first round right but from then on it was all mundine.to me this seemed because all the advice given to mundine inbetween rounds was actually usful, so after teh first round his team knew how green fought but in greens corner his coach just seemed to be saying.."keep going" but mundines corner seemed to give some useful advice.
wit his chin i havn't seen him fight much but wen i did he didn't seem to take shots to well wen he got knocked in teh face.
wen i said green wasn't hittin anythign i meant like his punches were not hitting anything vital only mundines arms. again mundine did seem to do a betta job here greeen would always b punching then wen mundine thoguht the time was right he'd punch and most of teh time he got him good.
i wonder what would've happened if mundine was the agresser ???
i wouldn't mind seing a rematch also.

Not offended mate, im just really annoyed that some fans were saying how green would ko him in 5 rounds and now they dont give him credit for his win. ;)

Stupid remark. Kessler never hit Mundine cleanly enough on the point of the jaw to knock him down/out. When Mundine is cautious he is very hard to hit cleanly. He'll have to move less to beat kessler and open himself up to the possibililty of getting hit
