I think the more good indicator of power would be how many 1-punch KO's a boxer has made. :o (I have seen Pac making several 1-punch KO's) It would be nice if in the official records, they also included the 1-punch KO's like: 20w-0l-0d-20KO(5) - the number in the parenthesis being the 1-punch KO's. I think that will more clearly show the power of a boxer. I must be dreaming, heh.
Anywayz, I have to agree with my friend El Gamo here that Valero is young and has a huge potential. With a good trainer and more experience, who knows, he might become an unbeatable fighting machine someday.
That's the thing though bro,how de we know if they were bums? They may have been good?(doubt it though!) As for Mosquera taking the power,well,I was surpirsed too but I mean he was in front of his home fans and they seemed like passionate fans,it would have been a travesty to them if Loco had been ko'ed in the first round. Having watched the fight again,I think Valero still needs to improve his technique,he is too sloppy sometimes although you could see his boxing ability albeit limited at the moment,in the middle rounds and then,whenhe got his stamina back,he cushed Mosquera! I still think Valero is very green and needs more time and some decent opponents now but I mean he's been through 20 quic fights,now lets see some decent competition at least.

I just finished watching the fight myself a couple of min. ago very entertaining fight, Mosquera showed heart but his body had given up already.
Nice to see Valero isn't invinsible now people can shut up and put it to rest and let him do his thing. Similar to when JCC Jr got the draw on his record not many people are talking about it as before. IMO it was good that he tasted the canvas and he should use that as a confident booster to say 'Hey!!! I might not be invinsible but if I get knocked down I can get back up and win a fight'
