David Haye had better worry about just being a good cruiserweight before he steps in with the top of the heavyweight division.

Why not Lamon Brewster? Not one of the really big heavyweights, can be outboxed and is most likely shot. But he's got a big punch and he at least use to be able to take a good shot.
Haye wasn't KO'd his corner threw in the towel and that was due to him using up all his tank to finish Carl Thompson early. In fact it was similar to your boy Wlad vs Brewster when he tried everything in his power to stop Brewster but run out of steam and was stopped. I give Haye a good chance of sparking out Wladimir, Haye is a good boxer with good speed and a lot of power, when is the last time Wladimir met someone like that ?? if they ever do fight i think i will make a bet on Haye pulling off the upset.Quote:

Haye is gonna get worked at heavyweight IMO, unless he has really improved his conditioning. He's not gonna be knocking out the big guys as easy, and if it goes late I dont like his chances against a heavyweight w/ a chin, his chin hasnt really been put to the test and Mormeck floored him so its still suspect in my book. Wlad would knock him out IMO, but you never know until the fight happens.

Still, at this point, David Haye could be the best thing for the heavyweight division. Klitschko needs a rival if he is going to be some sort of great champion and while I like him, Sam Peter isn't it. I hope Haye becomes champion one day because he is more appealing to most then Klitschko.
Klitschko - Haye late 08 could be the fight to have us all talking.
