Haye can have all the power he wants to but face facts, he's small, he's been KO'd before, and he offers nothing different than anyone else Wlad has fought.
Haye is a good fighter from all I have seen of him but Wlad knows how to fight tall and Haye is not going to have an easy time with that.
Bigger than Sam peter... faster... boxes better, more athletic and arguably hits harder... I would imagine he definitely does with straights.
Not that this guarantees he would do better than Peter but you can't break it down like that, which is what you're trying to do.
Fine....Haye offers nothing tricky for Wladimir to handle. Sure Haye has quick hands but Haye got KO'd by a CRUISERWEIGHT.....and a super old one at that.
Your arguement makes me wonder if you have ever watched a Wladimir Klitschko fight other than the last one![]()
....well that "learning curve" gets a lot steeper when you fight a guy like Wlad.
David Haye had better worry about just being a good cruiserweight before he steps in with the top of the heavyweight division.
He had just better hope to hell he doesn't become another Lawrence Clay-Bey
I worry about a guy like Haye who has struggled with big hitters before and who went down versus Mormeck.
Still, at this point, David Haye could be the best thing for the heavyweight division. Klitschko needs a rival if he is going to be some sort of great champion and while I like him, Sam Peter isn't it. I hope Haye becomes champion one day because he is more appealing to most then Klitschko.
Klitschko - Haye late 08 could be the fight to have us all talking.
see everybody uses the adjective bum
Exactly, Evander Holyfield was a cruiserweight...and David Haye is no Evander Holyfield!
Bring it on.....but don't cry when Wlad obliterates David Haye and say stuff like "He was just a blown up cruiserweight"....Haye is a good fighter but I sure as hell don't see him beating Wladimir, not yet....and not in the near future.
Haye wasn't KO'd his corner threw in the towel and that was due to him using up all his tank to finish Carl Thompson early. In fact it was similar to your boy Wlad vs Brewster when he tried everything in his power to stop Brewster but run out of steam and was stopped. I give Haye a good chance of sparking out Wladimir, Haye is a good boxer with good speed and a lot of power, when is the last time Wladimir met someone like that ?? if they ever do fight i think i will make a bet on Haye pulling off the upset.

Have fun losing your money ICB....although the only way to really win any money when betting on a Klitschko fight is to bet against him and hope he loses....because he's usually the favorite by too large a margin.
David Haye has not even fought A heavyweight much less THE #1 Heavyweight...we'll see how he does vs a guy like Dimitrenko and maybe Povetkin would prove to be a good fight for him before even thinking about him fighting Wladimir
I just hope for everyone's sake that Haye becomes an AWESOME heavyweight so when Wlad does stomp him out he can get some mother fucking credit
Haye is gonna get worked at heavyweight IMO, unless he has really improved his conditioning. He's not gonna be knocking out the big guys as easy, and if it goes late I dont like his chances against a heavyweight w/ a chin, his chin hasnt really been put to the test and Mormeck floored him so its still suspect in my book. Wlad would knock him out IMO, but you never know until the fight happens.
