It isnt a case of fuck Hatton and what he wants. Its a case of some of his fans saying what they actually want. If a pro Hatton crowd in a stadium can generate a lot of interest then so be it. Why do it in a sterilised casino venue with the empty sound of slot machines in the background?? Oh because Pac is PFP number 1!!. Is Pac really the bigger draw?? Maybe for HBO.

There are not enough seats in America for the fans. And it would end up costing ther Brits a lot more regardless.

Indeed, why not. As I suggested in my post after this one. I wasnt anti America in my first response here. I was anti corporate America, and I still am. That is no slate against American people. American people are the biggest victims out there.

Hatton has the biggest fan support in boxing, for sure. Not just the travellers, his fight with Floyd did over a million PPV buys in Britain alone.
If the fight happened in London/England/Britain it would do HUGE ticket numbers.. numbers that would piss all over the 15,000 Vegas casino numbers.
Pac, and his people, probably wouldn't fancy facing Hatton with a 60,000+ pro Hatton crowd though, unless the money was astronomical... that's why Arum is already making excuses. ;)

I thought Hatton said Lazcano was going to be his last fight in the UK.
At any rate, both PAC and Hatton have phenomenal draws, BUT Hatton's fans are more likely to spend money on seats and PPV's. From what I have seen PAC has a rabid audience that streams fights, that's cool but ultimately this is business and dollars talk. This fight should be held where the most money can be made. In my estimation the UK would make the most sense financially, of course PAC being the #1 p4p fighter in the world should have the ability to call the shots on this deal. Both guys have lots of opportunity in other fights but neither can expect a bigger payday from what they can give each other.

No way..Hatton is the biggest crowd puller in Boxing at present end of!
30,000 fans travelled half way across the globe to watch the Floyd fight with 22,000 knowing full well they wouldn't even be in the venue.
Can Pac say that? NO..nowhere near and Hatton holds the record for the fastest sell of a fight and that was around 45-50,000 within an hour or so.
Unheard of anywhere else or with any other current fighter.
These are facts Dax and it should be at Wembley 100%.
100,000 people would attend easily and Hatton could sell that amount on his own;)
Would be criminal if such a Huge fight was lost in a shitty 16,000 people arena in a desert,when we could have nearly 7 times that in one of the the worlds top venues (I've been to the new Wembley and it is an amazingly vast venue that would be brilliant full up with fight fans)
I'm sure with all the money generated the promoters could fix up a big canopey that covers far more are than just the ring apron and the rest is under cover anyway so the weather is no problem at all in my eyes!!
Hatton used to pull in more than the Vegas venues can hold before he bashed Tszyu. lol
He may not be the P4P king but he is unquestionably one of the most recognisable Sportsmen on the planet and his pulling power and fanbase are unequalled.
