If Hatton fought the way he normally does he wouldnt't have let that happen (By keeping his hands up). Hatton used the heart over the head and came rushing in.

even if hatton kept his hands up that body punch will surely force hatton to defend his body more than his head.
didn't see it but to be honest it wouldn't supprise me... Thaxton hurt Ricky to the body, in the Urango fight Ricky said he nearly had go down on one knee because of the body shot he took in that fight.
and Ricky always said he loves using the body shot because he got hit by one in the ams and it hurt him soooo much.
always felt he was weak to a bodyshot.
The second knock down would've been a knock out if Hatton didn't block it. That was a full blown straight left, but Ricky managed to partially block it.
