Just like what I said before, I believe Mayweather doesn't want anything to do with Pacquaio.
Pac never underestimated Cotto so what he's saying is simply how he feels about Mayweather. He wants Mayweather to fight him but it seems MAyweather does not want to take the risk.
Mayweather vs Pac is supposed to be the biggest fight of the decade and people naturally would talk about that so if Pac is talking about Mayweather, he's definitely not disrespecting Cotto. :cool:

Clearly he was asked about the fight and then they quoted him saying "I don't think it will happen"...
