Mayweather fighting on March 13th is a premise that he can line up a fight someone with enough draw to meet his money requirement as well as his opponent accepting the fight on shorter and shorter notice. I pretty sure he can fight the winner of Mosley/Berto on such short notice. His best option to make money and show he has real balls is to step into the ring with Williams with a limit of 154lbs but we know there is no fuk'n way he's going to do that!

Mayweather is still the bigger name and he's gonna have no problem getting a decent opponent for March 13th
Williams has to give Martinez a rematch, i think everyone agrees on that, so seriously fighters that are on Clottey's level that would be suitable replacements for Pacneedle

Mayweather is a bigger name than anyone in the sport including Pacquiao.
I'd like to see Williams fight Pavlik or Martinez fight Pavlik. Martinez has said that is who he wants even for less money.
How about Margarito If Pac beat Clottey and Margarito wins, that's another big fight at welterweight.
