It seems that testing would be a must should he face any Golden Boy or Al Haymon managed fighter. Which rules out Mosley, Berto and Williams. I suspect we're far more likely to see Mayweather fight these guys because right now I think his camp know it would be a great PR move for him with Manny fighting Foreman.

I would just like every elite fighter to put random blood testing on the negotiation table w/ Pacquiao.

The random blood testing is nowhere near as insulting as the $10 mil fine per pound over the weight limit that Mayweather agreed to.

he already has the date reserved regardless of whoever he fights, the fact that it's taking this long to make a fight that isn't against Pacquiao shows that he was in fact the only one who was truly interested in the fight between him and Manny, Pacquiao getting a fight with Clottey and venue reserved in about 3 days shows that he never really was interested in a fight with Mayweather, Pacquiao is a pussy who probably has more drugs in him than the pharmacy down the street
