I think it's early to tell if Cotto's career is over. How can one say Cotto wasn't the same after Margarito? He had a fight with Clottey which he had to dig deep to win and then he fought Pac. How about we wait and see what he does this year and the next to decide if he's shot or not?
We can tell by watching his movements and such in fights. Also, many get the feeling that mentally, he isn't the super-confident, 32-0 undefeated fighter that he was when he went in against Margarito. If he can manage to get over the mental blocks created from the two brutal losses, we may see flashes of the old Cotto. Still, he had a long list of physical injuries as a result of those bouts and it's hard for any fighter to come back stronger after wars like those.Quote:
