Yeah I think that if both fighters win their respective bouts the negotiations will re-open and it will be worth even more, because both fighters will probably become just that bit more invincible.

Only thing is i can't help thinking, who was going to help Floyd promote the Pac fight? GBP! Who does Mosley work for and hold shares in? GBP. How much money would they make from the 2 megafights especially if Pac destroys Clottey and Mayweather destroys Mosley? Shit loads!

Will Mosley give it everything and potentially scupper the biggest PPV fight of all time when he is so closely involved?

Personally I don't think it would matter as I think PBF is way too good for Mosley these days anyway, but it all smells a bit fishy to me. I wonder if both team's Pac and Mayweather agreed to some kind of scenario like this at the negotiation table?

If mosely beats floyd and then beats Pac he'll have beaten the top two pound for pound fighters. He can then retire at the very very top. That's what he'll be thinking anyway, so yeah I think he'd love to crash the party.

On Mayweather's part, but not Pac's. Mayweather will have beat a legit threat at WW as his last fight and while Pac would have as well, Cotto was a bigger threat than Clottey. In my opinion Mayweather's taking on the bigger threat of the two. Shane will fight all 12 rounds (unless PBF's defense completely demoralizes him like Wright's did), whereas Clottey may show some quit going into the championship rounds.

Until they are facing each other in the ring, because Floyd could always pull out before the fight, I will give Floyd no credit. Shane will beat him, Floyd was intimidated by him.

Sounds like you want to put a sigi bet that the fight happens.

I think Mosley can beat Floyd, but I do worry about the age and inactivity of Mosley. None of us has any idea of just what he has left in the tank, it's been a long time since the Margarito fight and I don't think there was any good reason for such a long hiatus. He could at least have stayed busy with a tune up or two in that time. Just waiting, waiting, waiting. And now finally a fight, but did he wait too long?

If Mosley is still intact, then I can see him causing Floyd fits. But I worry.

Can't wait for this fight! Since I doubt a mayweather pacquaio fight will take place this year :mad:

When they were in that ring Shane seemed bigger than Floyd and he just seemed he did not want any part of him. I am not saying Floyd was scared but if he had other options he would take them. Now he is forced into a corner, he has to fight Shane. I want to see the fight, We have been waiting for this for a long long time.
