A quick google search leads me to conclude that helicoptors were grounded too, with the exception of air and sea rescue, but that they can fly in some cases becuase of the lower altitude.Quote:

There is no way a helicoptor would happily fly through an ash cloud though imo. They would keep well under.
Isn't the entire airspace closed though? I know it is over Norway I would imagine that extends to Denmark.

Some flights are back on tomorrow...he might travel then. It shouldn't stop the fight happening though if there's other ways to get there? I mean, Barcelona are driving to Milan for their Champions League game next week, surely Froch can get there someway if he can't fly
It's only Denmark, it's not like he has to get to Australia. You can drive there in 18 hours on a bus, he can train and sleep on a bus or something. It's no big deal.
