Re: Ibo - computerized ranking
My organization would be based on whatever Bert Sugar says. He seems to say what is on his mind pretty clearly.
Vitali would still beat Wlad at this day and age.

Well #1 I don't agree #2 It's an erroneous discussion anyway as they have refused to ever fight each other.

Is that where they left off? And all this time I thought it was
Wlad - Haye, Adamek, Vitali
Vitali - Solis, Povetkin, Wlad
Alll roads lead to Klitschko, and Vitali is going to beat the crap out of Wlad. I think they are having some promotional issues is all.
Re: Ibo - computerized ranking
I think Wlad is technically the better boxer but Vitali is certainly the tougher of the 2. It depends on whether Wlad could keep Vitali from landing which to be honest I think he might struggle doing if they were to fight (which I know will never happen and rightly so), but if he could take it the distance I see no reason why Wlad couldn't outpoint Vitali.

Oh well. The rankings aren't perfect but I think their better then boxrec's computerized rankings.
Good enough for me...Wlad is the IBO Heavyweight champ so at least they've got that right
Agreed yes they have. Also when Ricky Hatton was clearly 140lbs champ they were the only one that recognised him as champion going into the Pac fight. The Ring too but they are a magazine not a governing body!
Just when I was starting to believe in IBO.......
