Briggs??? Why?
Arreola-Jennings or Wilder-Arreola would be great fights, but selling out stadiums? Nah. There's nobody THAT dynamic either as a talent or personality.
He was Americas last HW champion, and that could be used as attraction to full an arena.
Briggs in my book is still Americas best HW.

It amazed me after Price - Thompson I when Price said he would go to America for a rematch, I thought at the time, does Tony Thompson even have any fans over there? Just like when Fury fought in America I couldn't believe he was fighting at Madison Square Garden, then when it came on I realised it was the theatre at the back and even that wasn't full because a boxer like Cunningham just doesnt have many followers. Would a Wlad vs Vitali fight draw intrest in America?

They could probably peddle a Wlad fight extremely well and get the big fight fans interested, the fans who don't really know boxing. They would watch the fight and lose their interest in boxing.

You are loco man.
Briggs was a great talent, but he's old and shot now. He has been for years.
Jennings, Arreola, Wilder would all beat him soundly. I think Malik Scott would as well.
Hes scottish;D
He's been beaten by american fighters. He's got a recognisable name and that is all. Hes the kind of opponent that Hughie Fury might offer a bout to;)
