Re: How do you rank Martin Murray as an opponent for GGG?
i watched the second Khomitsky fight and he didnt exactly struggle with him
i cant remember watching the first, ill see if i can find it tho
thing is if GGG flatterns Murray early then it will be very impressive
the geal fight was very impressive, doing the same to murray would edge it i think

Yeah I agree. I thought he struggled a bit with Khomitsky, in the first fight he was hurt bad, he spent minutes doing an impression of someone totally blotto.
Re: How do you rank Martin Murray as an opponent for GGG?
Murray is worse than Geale and less dangerous than Stevens.
But he's better than Ishida and the pathetic Rubio.

Murray Beats Geale and Stevens. And Rubio was clearly outclassed, but he weighed a good 20lbs heavier than GGG on fight night.

Murray has kept himself busy and not looked spectacular. I am sure he will raise his game against GGG and is the best fighter GGG has faced but still not good enough. I think Murray would beat Cotto, Taylor but not Quillin.

Murray to do well until he gets clumped
Re: How do you rank Martin Murray as an opponent for GGG?
About the same I would say.
Murray is a huge middleweight & that in itself might present a test for Golovkin, but ultimately, that size counts for nothing if you don't have the power to go with it.
GGG will win by stoppage.
