Now that it is confirmed by HBO, by Showtime, by CBS, by every person in the sport that Bob and Pac are lying it's Floyd's fault they are lying?
He should just sign the magical unicorn contract and they can fight in the Berry Bitty City.
No so fast. I smell some publicity stunts in this whole affair, especially this latest, supposedly chance, meeting between the two. In the coming days, we'll know who's been lying. I've got no idea myself, but 'I ain't fightin' cuz he's a liar,' makes another nice excuse.;D Just kiddin' buddy.;)

Pac was a steroid bully, even the most hardcore fans would be hard pressed to deny it.

Hey, I guess that's the only way to defend your boy. I'm glad we 'tards don't have go into those things to defend our boy. We can defend him on his skills, nothing else. I'm sure you envy us 'tards.;D Chill up, fellas.;)

Floyd doesn't have skills? ;D
Manny is an all time great and one of the best ever for sure, but he beaten in every stage of his career, he was outboxed by Morales, and outboxed and KTFO by a guy Floyd pitched a shut out against.

Now you're talkin' real, atta way to go, mate. Yup he's been beaten, so has Ali, and all the other guys who took chances. There are lot of folks who sez 'since Floyd easily beat Marquez and Marquez beat Pac, it'll be doubly easy for Floyd to beat Pac.' But then, how 'bout 'since Bradley easily beat Marquez and Pac easily beat Brad, it will be doubly easy for Pac to beat Maruquez,' and you know it doesn't work that way. It's just a matter of style. Floyd style is much more closer to Bradley than Marquez. So I say, there Is a fight, if the two indeed decide to fight. As they say, style makes fights...

...but Ali wasn't a steroid cheat!
Floyd tried to fight Manny clean but Manny was a steroid cheat so there was no fight.
Why would you respect someone who cheated their way to the top of a sport using steroids?

I don't believe in Boxing Math (a>b, b>c, a>c), like you said styles make fights and Pac is a much bigger threat to Floyd than JMM. I don't think it's an easy fight for Floyd at all, not now and not back in 2009. Floyd beat JMM because Floyd does everything that JMM does, only better. So yes, lets see the fight and see who wins. But there's no doubt to me that Manny was using PEDs.

I beg to disagree there. Marquez and Floyd have a quite different style. Marquez is the best pure counter-puncher around, and no doubt Floyd is the best defensive fighter but there is a big difference between the two. Marquez thrives with offensive fighters. He waits for 'em, that's his forte. Floyd uses his defensive techniques and takes pot-shots trying to thwart his opponents offense and scoring points at the same time, but again he tries his best to keep 'em away, not like Marquez who, like a coiled snake, waits for 'em. Floyd actually hates strongly offensive-minded fighters, that's why lots of people say that he ducked the some fighters in their primes, all who happen to be the best offensive fighters. But I will not go into that because I don't need to, just mentioning it to prove my point. That's why when almost all experts dismissed Maidana, I came here boldly saying that he can give Floyd some trouble. Why? Simply because I know Floyd's style very well and because Maidana was the best offensive-minded slugger, who throws tons of lousy punches, that Floyd has faced since Castillo. And you probably know Manny can do much better than that; for one, he doesn't throw lousy punches... and he's the best offensive fighter out there...

the problem is that even if this fight happens, pac fans will still make excuses like floyd just waited until pac was older and less dangerous. the only thing i blame floyd for is not pushing harder for the fight. he seems to laxidasical about the whole situation. i dont blame him for anything else though.

How can JMM be the best pure counter puncher when Mayweather counter punched the shit out of him for 12 rounds? It's like saying Paulie Malignaggi is a better pure boxer than Amir Khan, after Amir boxed the shit out of him all night.
And yeah, Manny is a great offensive dynamo, but when was the last time he finished someone? Cotto, nearly 6 years ago.
Re: Floyd threatens pac:- "STOP LYING"
Maybe Manny will try out a new position against Floyd.

The answer is simple. Just look at the fight closely. Marquez was not taking the role of a counterpuncher in that fight, but an offensive one, stalking Floyd most of the time, the role that is clearly not his forte. Look also what happened when he fought Bradley, another slick, defensive fighter; he stumbles cuz he's not good at running after hit-n-runners. He just fell right into the trap of Mayweather, chasing him instead of waiting for him. But I can sympathize with Marquez cuz waiting for Floyd is a waste of time...
Well I know I can't convince any of the Floyd fans here so I'll cut it right here. I usually don't discuss hypothetical fights cuz I know I can't back 'em up anyway. The only reason I'm discussing this fight is that I'm pretty optimistic the fight will push through. Usually, I come just before big fights to give my views, right before it happens. I'm not a fanatical fanboy like most, and I even predicted the loss of Pac to Marquez in their third fight and even said that if Pac get careless, he might get knocked by him... So I guess we'll just have to wait for the fight to see what will happen, which I'm very thrilled about at the moment...
