Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
my take on the media's treatment of hillary04-15-2015 09:53 PM
Hillary stands a chance, but this is pretty pathetic. All this time and has CNN or even MSNBC tested the waters with anyone else? I dunno. I am asking the board
This to me means 1 of 2 things.
1. Democrats are that pitiful
2. Or the establishment that runs the Dem's side of town, cant find a clown to bend over like Hillary will and Obama has.
-- feel free to be a true conservative-ignore these facts when labeling me...
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
Yet on another post I asked:
How are we in 2015- and not one Democratic rival for Hillary?
Steve Harvey wants to keep his talk show and browny points with liberal America -so he aint going no where near invites of potential candidates.
I concluded : They'll get in, if the media keeps their blackout on any Democratic rivals for Hillary Clinton.
Kikrland responded with what I consider as an objective analysis with this:
The two candidates will spend over $5 billion a. targeting a few tens of thousands of independent voters in these half dozen states and b
[notice how he doesn't talk about one party-without injecting the other. And both bare the same, as opposed to him speaking highly about one party--- bad about the other- ]
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
If Walrus is objective; is it possible to learn on the same threads I draw mines from? Here is the 1st one he made:

I think Cruz will run a good campaign
I'd like to see him in debates. My hope is for Bush to take office. George W Bush was our greatest President
next post
walrus posts:
Cruz already raised 31 million. He's a very bright guy, some of his professors said he was the best they ever taught. He is a brilliant debater, I'm interested in seeing his performance. It's possible people will want to go republican after Obama.
the very next sentence-when injecting democrats:
Hillary's term as Secretary of state seemed to be a failure but she will be the anointed one regardless. Either way, who ever gets in, it will be more of the same old shit.
One of the first things Obama would do upon taking office was close Gitmo so he said. It's still open. These pricks will say anything to get elected, I don't believe any of them.
I gather from the above: They all are pricks, but only Obama is named. Hillary is deemed the failure, Rubio is deemed brilliant, but this is holding both to the same standards? if I am wrong to use this post-please show me something...
walrus replied next Rubio is a bright guy who stirred some interest
Very specific about Hillary I quote his next post:
Hill plans on getting a two point five billion dollar war chest
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
Pac joined in on the presidential thread along with Mr.Big and Kirk -mentioning how the swing voters would try to be wooed with legalizing marijuana
i responded negatively with Rush Limbaugh quotes on being against it now for it-
walrus replied :Holy crap slim I thought you were full of doo doo
Then when speaking on Rush stated:
I see nothing hypocritical about what Rush said. He got strung out on pain killers. It happens very easily ..{I edited this..FOX style ;D}
you ended the quote with this: Shoot, I actually have more respect for Rush now.
then I got double teamed with U and your conservative cohort with: OK, fair enough, so is the entire Democrat Party hypocritical when it comes to abortion, gay rights, and civil rights? They weren't ALWAYS for those things
my response:
I've already said my part on the Dems. You didn't say as a result of my Dem bashing posts: fair enough.
As I called them pathetic. You didnt point to repubs & ask me if they were (pathetic), so I thought I'd help U out!
I am responding with a question- why are the same two posters always stabbing dems and nursing repubs?
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
Again I stated:
The agenda for 2016 has already been put in place: the election is merely an audition for the best puppet whom the money barons believe can convince Americans (that a leader in the White House still exists control)
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
Hey! I see your'e logged on!
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
this debate/disagreement we're in;
started because you claimed I took the EASY WAY OUT-
when I said I wasnt voting this election.."again
yet when I stated this back in april -here is how you responded
Glad to hear you've given up. That's the boat I'm in.
04-19-2015 12:03 AM
So it was okay in April for me to say I am not voting because both parties have been highjacked-
but today- it NOW makes me a closet liberal?
I didnt change my statement- you just changed your POV on my statement- that is why I called you out.
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
WTF can I get a word in here. I didn't know my sarcasm could start a war. Apparently, it can. I wasn't bragging about war time, merely explaining. TBH I have never talked about what went on over there with anyone, not even my wife. And to put things in perspective my purple heart was from shrapnel during a rocket attack, the backyards never shot me. My comment about the war thing was just one of the comments I make being me, wasn't really meant to be taken seriously. I don't brag about that Shit, to many wasted life's to celebrate it, and that is all I'll say about that. What branch did you serve in slim meister. I'm on my way to work so we shall continue. Deep down inside I'm a grateful dead following hippy.

Hillary Big K; is a political chameleon.
She IMO is the consummate lying politician.
On NAFTA? Her memoirs stated NAFTA would expand U.S. exports, create jobs and ensure that we were reaping the benefits. Around 2003 She replied, "I think that we have to enforce the trade rules that are inherent" in NAFTA.
Today, Clinton says "NAFTA has not lived up to its promises."
I also like how she once stated she waived a "yellow" flag. CBS has even done a piece called Hillary's NAFTA lies.
Her statement that she was under the cover of gunfire is now laughable. It showed how insincere she is as a person which adds on to her legion of haters she has rightfully earned. But she has supporters. How else did she win senator time again?
It seems the more Conservative pundits talk about her- the higher her approval rating goes.
And as far as being under her rule? I am of the mindset that there isn't a potus who has rule. They are ruled by someone else. Walker, Rubio, Bush and maybe even Rand Paul.. none of these individuals have an agenda of their own.
Lobbyists will descend up the nation and work over the senators and House Rep on what KIND of bills need to come outta the senate and make it to Congress.
While Hillary on the Dem's and whoever on the Repub will dance and shuck & jive to the money barons on being their voice.

Oh, heck ya, I did!
1. I've never heard of anyone ever being offended being called: conservative. Those who use it -take ultimate pride in the word.
2. I don't remember calling you that- but I take your word for it- It was NOT meant as an insult. Rather it dealt with the topic at hand- if need be & you don't consider yourself one: I apologize.
3. How can I not be insulted by someone who called me a closet liberal for: REFUSING to vote PERIOD? That is ridiculous.
4. How would/should one respond when after being called such-with a caveat of they fought in a war- winning a Purple Heart- what does that have to do with ANYTHING? Teach me, please!? Then end with profanity? as in DAMMIT!?
5. Coming from a poster that you knew--I mean KNEW you could copy their every thought on politics to prove your point- they don't call out both parties.
Again if you took offense to me calling you a conservative- I have no issues reading what you wrote-
That I could thenb place myself in that timeframe- and explain why I called you that.
Surely you and I can agree on this:LMost people who call themselves conservatives love the word, while few on this board call themselves...liberals... with pride. Let alone a closet liberal.
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
@ Grey-Technically I am still in training- my trainer took his 34 reset- I have 18 more hours to go. Tough industry- but when my job got sent overseas, I blamed no politician be it the Democratic President or the Republican Governor of my state: I took personal responsibility and went from working in Information & Technology for 18 years to now being a 46 year (young) man who kept a valid license and seeks work where it is available.
I hope your health has improved since.
Re: The Fight: Walrus vs SlimTrae (Political Objectivity)
In retrospect its kind of funny you got so mad but I do apologize for upsetting you, it wasn't my intent. I do have to say your critiques lay more against the repubs than the dems. I was just surprised about you not voting. I brought up my war time but in reality it's the big picture I was looking at. Wars going back to the American Revolution getting us the right to vote. The constitution is a beautiful thing. I'm always disappointed when the voting turn out is less than half the country. It baffles me. Having said that our freedom comes with the right not to vote. So when I mentioned my war time service it was actually a reflection of all war time service. I read and watch quite a bit of politics but currently I'm on a world political kick. The world is an interesting place. I have been reading mainly on the politics of the middle east and Africa. Africa got some scary stuff going on. One article I read was called Jahadafrica due to the large amount of radical Islam popping up over the continent.
So although I'm disillusioned with the US political process, I may be a closet conservative leaning more towards libertarian at this point, I will find someone to vote for, as all Americans should, I got me a purple heart bitches.:thankyouthankyou:
