Re: Gennady Golovkin Slags George Groves
I get that he's probably responding to a question but its a bit like shooting fish in a barrel. Throw the kid a bone and move on. Once spar came up he went all beef head. I mean at same age and fight count Groves is warring with Carl Froch while Golovkin is feeding on washed up Kassim Ouma? Groves is good boxer, cuts a bit and a big heart from what I've seen.

yes it looks that way
he hasn't had a massive fight yet though has he? beating contenders who hadn't really excelled themselves in terms of the premier league
his last one was probably his biggest but you wouldn't call it elite
reckon there could be weaknesses if he got into a fight?
Kind of a catch 22 for the guy. Name another "elite" middleweight? There is this idea for the last few years that he hasn't fought anyone but he's cleaned out the division and if not for the fact that there is a gaggle of belts, those who hold them would have been forced to fight him or give up their dream of winning a world title. You cant call Alvarez an elite middleweight. He's never fought there.
