Ya that’s not surprising. I know it sounds strange but it’s often a state regulation about accepting “cooked” food.
it's like a catch-22. You bringing food for the people and yet they can turn around and sue you and say they got sick from it
It’s really the facility that would get sued not you. You did nothing wrong but potential undercook or use old food, it’s the facilities responsibility to maintain food safety. It’s probably in their insurance or state lawQuote:
