Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
If I ended up in a similar situation, a guy was waving a gun around or threatening me, I'd pick up my daughter and be gone. I couldn't risk her being around a person with that power in that sort of condition.
If he atempted to stop me leaving or attempted to physically impose himself, I don;t care of the implications, I'd rake my elbow across his temple.

Don't fret I'm only joking with you Monkey, you post a stupid thread up like this you deserve some flack, it's the Saddo way of things.
If you think I'm being out of order though blame Fenster, his remark about how the cripple must have thought you looked like a plum had me rolling on the floor and I couldn't resist joining in.
But it's all in good humour buddy, we all take the piss out of each other on here, it's good fun all round.
While I understand f-ing with people,I had to vent somewhere,it beat the hell out of,of well, walking down there and beating the hell out of someone. I figured venting my spleen on the internet, beat seven kinds of hell out of explaining it to the officers.
No worries buddy, glad you posted it, funny thread and that Rough N Rowdy vid was gold, the way that fat retard kid collapsed at the end was comedy at its finest.
Some of those fights can be really good, and some of them, ummmmmmmm, I dont know why you wouldnt destroy any evidence. Its all semi-pr,so you never know what your going to get.Sort of like the tape floating around from when Zelenoff lost to his own heavybag,I never understood why he let that get out,and if I remember correctly,he was actually proud of it at the time.
Hell,I had a kid lose at Toughman once,he was so worked up for the fight his fool ass had barely slept for three days before the fight, and he neglected to mention he wasnt sleeping,he went the distance, but still,he should have won.
Down here the ammie scene isnt that great so Toughman and Rough N Rowdy fills the void. Its the standard that the kids judge a gym, which is vaguley depressing, theyre more impressed by the Toughman winners jacket, then the pro's we have.A wall of trophies and medals, participant cards from all over the country, what impresses them?, a fake satin jacket from a semi-pro series of fights.
Depressing really

Thats more or less what I did,I got my kid home, gave it a minute, and went back to see if we couldnt discuss it,he wouldnt even open the door,he just was yelling something from inside his house. I kept saying I couldnt even understand what he was saying from where he was,and it wasnt because I wanted to drop him,I just wanted to find out what his damage was, wasnt happening.
I think its really pissing him off that Im trying to be reasonable with him, which makes me think he was trying to set me up for a lawsuit. The more reasonable get, the more angry he seems to get.
I had to restrain a couple of boxers who I had to restrain from going down there and kicking his ass for me the other night.I had to explain to them,"I kind of think he wants that" though if the heavyweight had hit him,the money would be going to his next of kin. I mean Im kind of old,and it would be a two hit fight, this big son of a buck...............

And you should take remedial reading because I specifically said my kid was in the NEXT room, not IN the room.
Slight difference.
Its the difference between a drunk trying to get in to a pissing contest to re-assert his manhood, and a drunk putting a loaded piece against your temple.

What the fuck!? If it's not bad enough that YOU, with all your "toughman" cups, want to beat up a CRIPPLE!!!
Now boxers (you supposedly train.. what's their names? ;)) want to beat up the CRIPPLE!!!
What exactly are you scared of? Seems like you're harassing him. Why can't you ignore him?

I know thats horseshit, but thats the way it is,I mean anyone whose fought in any martial art knows you take the shot thats there, you dont have time to be a discerning shopper, but that isnt the way the court will see it.
I must admit this thread comes across like one those classic 'You best hold me back guys, else I'm going to kill him, hold me back, HOLD ME BACK!!!, ........Damn he was lucky you held me back' type stories.
As for your pugilistic skills meaning you'd get into trouble for hitting him, I think this applies more to actual professional fighters whose bodies are lethal weapons, rather than a guy who hangs a punch bag in his garage. You'd could have hit him and been fine.
Yeah,Gold and Silver at the Reading invitational in martial arts, the trainer of the only pro in Southern WV,a Toughman and a Rough N Rowdy champ to me credit as well, yeah Id have have been okey dokey,as long as your version of it involves the pokey. Especially since even though he's acting like a douche,he's a local boy,and Im not, he grew up around here, and I moved here 4 years ago.
Even you Bilbo, can do that kind of mental math
yes, you would've been okey dokey neutralizing the situation.. there is no mental math to be executed.. as i said in my post that was ignored, it's all about intent.

What I didnt realize is this wanna be tough guy had been drinking all day.
Guys 53 and practically crippled
So he decides he wants to get in to a tough guy pissing match with me,with my kid in the house.
First he shows me his 44, and points out its loaded, doing a full spin on it twice.
Then he tries to talk me down with all his tough guy tales, now keep in mind Ive spent quite a few nights in the Roundhouse,so Im not impressed.
Then he starts making noises like he could kick my ass,and I politely tell him,son I can drop you where you stand right now.
He flips
Now keep in mind he's been trying to get this going since I walked in the door, and my son is in his house.
Now I try to calmly talk to him,and that just makes him angrier, keeping in mind,I could have dropped his slipper wearing ass at will.
And as I sit here right now,Id love to go over there and deck his ass just for being a drunken asshole, but I cant, because even though he started it,if I finish it,guess who gets in trouble.
The black guy?

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
Definitely an oldie but a goodie, and one I missed out on first time round. I'm not sure if I've every mentioned to anyone, but I played secondary school rugby, and once scored four tries in one game...

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
How did I not post in this thread? I posted in all of TM's threads.

I was thinking the same. I kept myself entertained for months poking TM with a stick about his boxing/wife/being a nutter.

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
I walked out of my front door this morning, and a bird had shat on my car.
It's times like that that I just hate being involved in boxing. I mean, I could have fucked that bird up with a Ninja death move, but I would have spent a while with my skinny cracked ass in a goddamn slammer. I mean, if a bird comes up to me packing heat, my training would just take over and I am a MOTHERFUCKING MONSTOR FOR MY WEIGHT after all.
The murdering paedo rapist next door is also rather annoying, but he does babysit my son, so I am not going to do anything irresponsible there (!).

err.. whether you're involved in boxing or not, bashing up cripples - especially drunken, slipper wearing ones - don't look too good dude ;)
Fenster, this might be my favorite post of all time. If laughter could be expressed any better than LMAO, then I would do it. Haha, great post. Legitamately laughing right now.

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
;D, I miss TM. It didn't matter what the topic was he would always post something that left you scratching your head. The most clueless/arrogant/delusional person I've ever come across. Legend.

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
The thread about his wife's boxing career was the best. See your missus got sparked again TM. She was fighting a top contender, you just wait, she's going to flatten her next opponent!

No I didn't. And that hurt my feelings. If you say stupid/mental stuff I question it and ask you to elaborate. I've never picked on anyone.

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
You have to look him up and read all his posts (its worth while very funny stuff) ,close to unbelievable at times at other times so funny in a redneck kind of way.
He's the only man I know to train his wife and send her into the ring for beating after beating.
(Its one way of stepping around the domestic violence laws I suppose) ;D

Re: Some Days I Hate Being Involved In Boxing
I wonder how the training of Kid Thunder via the internet is going .lol
