I thought that was pretty koo too.
Pacquiao really doesnt want none of that...IMO Pacman is waiting for JMM's age to catch up to him then fight him again.:-\
how will you describe this post Missy? Pac waiting for JMM's age to catch up? What's this? making an excuse as early as now in case Pac demolishes JMM?
This is the guy who said that JMM was too old for Pac during their last fight and now he's saying again that Pac is waiting for JMM to get old (again?).
how many times must a man get old? LOL.;D;D;D
I'm wondering what he would say now in case Pac fights JMM. That JMM is too old, etc. etc.
Re: Jmm Is The Fookin Man!!!!!!!
your post was not directed at one person.
Regardless of personal agenda.
The fact is in boxing terms Marquez is old and at some point if he doesn't retire first his age will catch up with him, I'm sure for the first couple of rounds on Saturday people were seriously considering that point.
Calzaghe waited till Hopkins/Jones were long in the tooth before growing a pair big enough to fight them.

Yeah.. Calzaghe waited until he was long in the tooth himself and his left hand was almost completely useless before growing a pair big enough ;D
Re: Jmm Is The Fookin Man!!!!!!!
um, you mean, Calzaghe, I'm too afraid to fly to go fight these guys/they're too afraid to fight me why should I fight abroad?/I'm not moving up in weight because I don't need to, as if by magic I'm $uddenly cured of my fear and I $hall move up in weight - ta-da!'.

He weathered the storm and got to work at distance. I think by round 4 we could see how this was beginning to play out. The only doubt was going to be who tired most first.
Very good performance by Marquez.
I agree, brilliant performance and calm throuout even when he was being tagged early. Read some people already saying it was just about the KO, but he ground him down with accuracy, and as Juan's workrate fell he took over. Game plan went brilliantly for him.

actually I'll change that to it's mostly about money.;D
Re: Jmm Is The Fookin Man!!!!!!!
class performance from a soon to be hall of fame ring legend.
Marquez has been in the shadows for far too long now and its time for him to step up and join those elite fighters.
Marquez-Hatton
Marquez-Pacquiao III
Marquez-Cotto
Marquez-Mayweather
Marquez-Judah (wishful thinking on my part;D)
Time for juan to be fully unleashed!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Jmm Is The Fookin Man!!!!!!!
You want my take? (of course you don't) Marquez is taking a page from Morales and letting the leather go. I've never seen pinpoint action like that since "El Terrible."
Marquez is the best right now.
He has the the fundamentals, the defense, the power, and especially ..... the GRIT to beat Pacquiao.
