That's a picture of my apartment complex from the outside. I don't really have pictures on what my actual apartment looks like but if you really care that much, you can google the place cause each apartment looks exactly the same, just without my stuff in it.
The wife and I have been house hunting for about a year now and we honestly can't pick a place. I guess we're being really picky.
My house. It's nearly finished.
From ruins a few months ago, to now. Final touches and another cash injection still needed, but you get the idea. The lounge is massive and the hot tub bath is amazing. Love it!

Yeah fixer-uppers are not to be taken likely. It's not only a matter of money or ability it's also a matter of time. On my house I have to replace all the exterior windows and doors and had to end up paying someone else to do it, because I just didn't have the time.Quote:

Yeah I'm not really very good. I work in an office. That's says it all.
However I'll give it a go and I don't mind a bit of grafting. But I pay the specialists to do all the stuff they are good at. Painting and stuff like that I can do though.
It's odd how it goes pretty quick all of a sudden. It was a wreck for months, then in a bout a week it just transformed. Good fun though.
