My house. It's nearly finished.

From ruins a few months ago, to now. Final touches and another cash injection still needed, but you get the idea. The lounge is massive and the hot tub bath is amazing. Love it!

I would love to buy a home that needs touching up being that it's much more affordable. I honestly am not confident enough in my own abilities to pull something like that off.

Yeah fixer-uppers are not to be taken likely. It's not only a matter of money or ability it's also a matter of time. On my house I have to replace all the exterior windows and doors and had to end up paying someone else to do it, because I just didn't have the time.

Yeah I'm not really very good. I work in an office. That's says it all.

However I'll give it a go and I don't mind a bit of grafting. But I pay the specialists to do all the stuff they are good at. Painting and stuff like that I can do though.

It's odd how it goes pretty quick all of a sudden. It was a wreck for months, then in a bout a week it just transformed. Good fun though.
