I don't know the details of the case but I thought it was a matter of Floyd taking his ex-girlfriend's phone and not giving it back ???
Seems a bit harsh, 3 months in jail, but Floyd has been in trouble many many times and beat the rap.
I guess something finally stuck to teflon Floyd.

Well if he's guilty then he deserves what the justice system hands out to him. He pleaded guilty, therefor take whats coming and deal with it.
The way I see it he was offered by the judge a jail sentance or a fight with Manny and he opted the former.

THis is a very lenient sentence and Floyd got extremely lucky with a plea bargain deal. Any regular Joe with priors will be looking at state prison not county jail time.
