It is a filthy trick to invite and supposedly welcome Gandalf back and then try and trap him into a massive fight on day one by starting this fucking racist bullshit.
Brock you are either a nasty bastard or an idiot.

Don't worry about it. I have no intention of getting into a massive fight. I do not know what Soros has to do with anything, but interesting to see that Kirkland considers him to have been a child prodigy of some kind.

Re: "Woke Coke" by Gandalf
Soros fought like hell to block that 60 minutes interview. Soros was willing to break the British pound for profit. Why would any Brit defend the dude. Look what he did to Albania, he will ruin countries for profit. It has nothing to do with his religion. People who do that shit are willing to watch others suffer to enrich themselves. This is not a matter of religion, it’s a matter of personal actions by a human

Bollocks. You seem to thrive on the nastiness there is no need for it.
You are like the mind and word police who just make stuff up to justify anything they say and demonise anyone who points it out. Your tone is fucking horrible and it has become acceptable here.
Look at people like Slim and Kirkland. They post facts with links and citations etc and they get mocked for it by people who think second hand parroted opinions and stupid diatribes by morons like Roseanne Barr, Donald Trump, Alex Jones or
even some unheard of Youtube or TikTok celebrity are the same thing.

He fought like hell to block an interview he granted in the first place? An anodyne interview where he doesn't say what people now bullshittingly claim he did?
Soros didn't break the pound. The pound still exists. He made more money than any individual currency arbitrageur because he was the biggest guy around in that sector of the market at the time but the amount he made pales into insignificance compared to the amount that a bunch of British and American banks made making the same bet. I know because I worked for one of the banks.
This is basically an object lesson in how a bunch of unconnected bullshit can be thrown together to smear somebody and how those smears then take on a life of their own.

He fought 60 minutes via lawsuit not to play the interview he freely gave. Yes he shorted the pound and spread fear and fud till he made his money. 60 minutes spoke of the lawsuits prior to playing the interview you know the truth about the pound don’t deny it. He turned Albania into a drug den for Europe. This shit isn’t hard to find fuck sixty minutes talked about the lawsuits. Soros regretted being so candid and honest didn’t want it seen.

A google search shows nothing about any lawsuit. Perhaps you have some evidence to back this claim up. I do know the truth about the pound which is why I'm pointing out how completely clueless, nonsensical and idiotic your claims are.

I am not talking about Soros here, but Google manipulates its search engines. Douglas Murray gave me a chuckle when talking about searching for certain images and things you have not searched for come your way. They too seem to have an issue with straight white couples. No idea why.

Here's an article on the topic.
Seems Hasbro (now pressured to be known simply as Has, without the "bro") was made aware of Mr. Potato Head's claim that the "Mr." part was simply the gender it was assigned at birth.
Somewhere there's a thread that needs dredging up. Something about companies caving like a line of dominoes under the hilarious, but persistently annoying hardball tactics from this certain lobby that will remain unnamed for the time being. ;)
;D ok the Has-bro part. Can't knock that. I'm far more concerned though with the State Government mandating anything, let alone how private businesses be required by law to run it's operations. The free market has a wonderful way of sorting this out. But also all the power to a business that goes with the whole 'non boy non girl' signage in it's location. 'Unisex'..I really don't care. That's a choice for the business, sales etc doesn't mean I won't shop there. Personally though when I'm shopping for anything at all I want to get affairs handled, grab my merchandise and go on with life. I think we'd be surprised how many opposites actually peruse the other sections for the occasional items. In another lifetime I actually dated this girl, just smoking and frankly out of my league but hey sometimes you hit the lotto. The first time things went all freaky deaky and we rounded the bases my mind was blown...this girl had a thing for boxer shorts. She'd grab a pack right off the mens shelf rather than the frilly lace stuff. Found myself not at all concerned about what hardware she packed out of the factory...verified she was the real deal ;D. But I was more worried about making sure these were the boxers we bought together and not some other dudes she pocketed.
In a way I do believe some of the push for non distinguished orientation etc almost feels like a concession?! It almost gives up the fight to buck the system in your own way. Back in the day if a 'Tomboy' wanted to wear boots and put baseball cards in her spokes and hang out with dudes we didn't call he a dike or whatever we called her cooooool. Shit man we put Aqua Net and gel in out hair to get it to stand up ffs ;D. Many a dude did the earring thing, eyeliner...just like Tommy Morrison :-X. The 'normal' folk would get all homophobic and let the stereotypical slurs fly. Truth is though those weird dudes were shagging more chicks than the haters could count. Kids are tougher than we give them credit for these days and the all inclusivity all the time at every turn can stymie and fail to instill a needed and beneficial individualism. But we also have to admit and realize that many today can be just as hateful and judgmental as ever. Man I'm all over the map here :p. Time for a drank.

I only gave that a quick watch, but did he not say that he had no role in the taking away of property so had no reason to feel guilt? He said he was just a 'spectator'. However, then he expanded and said it was a bit like markets and said somebody had to do it so was thus kind of justifying the acts he observed. A bit dark. As to the truth of any of it, only he knows.

Takes two seconds to discover that, but when you are gullible enough to be so eager to share the 'Tik-Tok' opinion peace of someone who thinks God made specific seperate races then I guess there is no helping you.
Ha!
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ees-white.html
What is all BS? That Coke was not attempting to be woke? Who said God made different races? Not really following any of this.
The whole furore of the pathetically over sensitive broflake crowd getting such a twisted frisson of excitement at the prospect of being able to claim their own rightful place in the hall of victimhood.
It turns out (and you can check the Daily Mail link of all places to verify it) that actually the contentious claim that Coke was encouraging people to be less white was actually just one slide on a LinkedIn diversity training link that was never mandated as compulsory viewing at all. God knows why i would want to defend a corporation as sickly and poisonous as Coke but that claims made are much more about people ironically begging to have the right to be offended.
Look at the messenger and forget the naive idea that the messenger is not important, that is ridiculous when they are repackaging and twisting the news.
A young TikTock bullshitter who ends her claim with the news that God made people with specific coloured skin. ;D
The flag is nearly always a give away. I know it is somewhat different in America but here you see the Union Flag behind someone virtue signalling their faketriotism and you can tell already that they do not even understand the first thing about what being British means.
People need to stop amplifying idiots and that applies to both the fruitcake who thinks that people should try to be less white as it does to those who in response are looking to get their outrage on as a means to garner followers on social media.
Oversensitive he points fingers yet wigs out at the mention of Soros
Ha! Ha! Ha!
Had to go back and check, good question, how the hell did it go from Gandalf/WElcome Back/Woke Coke (a brilliant phrase I borrowed from Gandalf's post on Lets Get It On), to George Soros, ... so I found the answer above. Just random comments that evolve into sub-groups etc.
But back to "Woke Coke" by Gandalf
I understand trying to make the world a fair and equitable place, to help the victims and the downtrodden, to have empathy.... but how if you got a son and a daughter do you find shit in a toy store that is totally mixed with boys' and girls' items??? Can I even SAY that anymore??? Damn, what a joyless, over-serious, virtue signaling world we live in. No fun, no laughter, all uptight "watch every damn word ya say" nervous nellies and their fainting couches.

The thing about all this cancel culture stuff is that there's not much any political party can do. They can't legislate against public opinion. In this case the company that makes these things have spent money polling their customers and doing focus groups and decided that the best thing they can do to maintain long term profits with the thing is to do whatever the fuck they've done. Meanwhile you have a percentage of the country losing their shit about a plastic potato and a bunch of politicians telling them they'll fix it if you vote for them.
Public opinion is changing. There are now consequences for being racist or sexually abusing people and so on. Part of the country is having a problem with this and a bunch of politicians are promising to fix it for them but there's nothing they can actually do and in just about every case with those fuckers they have a list of things they'd like to cancel themselves. Just the weight of public opinion has shifted so the old white patriarchy can't enforce their cultural preferences anymore and are having ones they don't like become dominant and it's pissing them all off.

Its not just the white patriarchy that is against this unisex shit. Most if not all Muslims are strongly against it and so are Hindus. News Flash: Muslims and Hindus have ZERO to do with the white patriarchy.

I'm sure they are -- every religious group has a bunch of reactionaries/Nazis/etc in it -- but they have fuck all say in any of this. The Trump era GOP is not known for being solicitous of the opinion of practicing Muslims, is it. The GOP is not voicing outrage over this so they can campaign on a platform of advancing Muslim religious preferences of they win office, are they.

a) I have no idea why you are calling me a 'fucking idiot'. The most I did with you was make a joke suggesting you consider Soros a child prodigy.
b) I suspect you have not comprehended what I said. I did not say he had any control over the behavior of his pretend Dad, but did observe him comparing it to markets and suggest somebody had to steal the property of Jews. I find that a bit odd. Is that such a problem for you?
c) I do not know what you are talking about when it comes to lawsuits or any of that. I was merely commenting on the words of Mr Soros that emanated from his own mouth in the posted video.
d) Your post sounds rather unhinged, so I am sorry if you are going through a hard time.

Again I really don't care what the California taxpayer-supported legislature spends its time doing, even if it's regulating floor space in retail stores. I'm also not big on shopping, so there's that. Tomboys and guys and gals wearing each other clothes... seen it... not really the issue here. The underlying issue, which again is far enough away to not make a hill of beans difference to me, is well-paid lawmakers spending their constituents' time and money on laughable and unnecessary laws. As I said, you walk in... you head to where they have the shit you want to buy... you walk out. Life was a lot simpler back when humanity wasn't so bent on redefining nature.
BTW, if it's rum-related, make it two and I'll join ya.

We on whole tend to overcomplicate things. Seems more apparent the last few years. I've come to have more faith in electorates, at the least recognition. Lawmakers are elected officials who in an ideal world are held accountable for either dopey, misguided or corrupt Bills and policies in their backyard. Vote em out. I'm not getting into the nuts & bolts :-X of what happens in Ca but I do recognize the times they are a changing. A wayward asinine push for toy manufactures cannot take away from the reality that there's been discrimination and marginalizing issues of people of different stripes who also just want to get on with life. Like I said some advocates though run the risk of getting over their skies and wind up making a mockery of like minded individuals every day concerns.

Discrimination and marginalizing, I don't like. There's been enough of that throughout history to fill more than a few Google clouds several times over.
I always revert back to good ol' common sense. Something so mentioned and "revered".... yet in such precious little supply.

Re: "Woke Coke" by Gandalf
I’m not sure whether it really is public opinion.
Any survey which is representative, or even the unscientific method of just asking your own acquaintances, doesn’t show that people are really up in arms about trans rights, or cancelling people they disagree with etc
It could be that it is just a tiny .... but very loud, very persistent, very aggressive and very fanatical minority who have succeeded in getting much more airtime than their numbers would justify. Maybe they have just worked out how to use the various communications and news channells well.

They are actually scrubbing the shit. You used to be able to find the entire interview including Kroft talking about the lawsuits. Now only the nutz post little links until they get taken down. Makes you kinda wonder what’s going on.
well goddamn there it is right there but kirk will find a way to wriggle and wiggle and squirm his way out of it
I only gave that a quick watch, but did he not say that he had no role in the taking away of property so had no reason to feel guilt? He said he was just a 'spectator'. However, then he expanded and said it was a bit like markets and said somebody had to do it so was thus kind of justifying the acts he observed. A bit dark. As to the truth of any of it, only he knows.
He was ten years old you fucking idiot. He was a ten year old boy with as much say in what his pretend dad was doing for a living as you had when you were ten.
And there is no evidence of any lawsuits. Zero. It would be easy for anybody wanting to produce evidence that Soros filed a lawsuit because there'd be a public record -- there's an internet database of millions of US domestic lawsuits going back to the eighties for instance -- but he didn't so there isn't.
Once again you sick fucking horrific conspiracy theory believing idiots, he was ten years old when this happened. There is no evidence of any lawsuit and it would be an easy matter to produce it if any existed.
a) I have no idea why you are calling me a 'fucking idiot'.
You're speculating on whether a ten year old boy was collaborating with the Nazis, you fucking idiot. Calling you a fucking idiot here is actually being polite. For fuck's sake Miles.
The lawsuit stuff was addressed to the other idiots on the thread who are compounding their sick conspiracy theory garbage with a bunch of claims about nonexistent lawsuits about which they can't produce any evidence.
And I hope you're keeping well too. God bless you, you fucking idiot.

This is how it works though. It was the same shit when I was at university. Stuff they were banging on about then which would make you roll your eyes or actually get you annoyed at them is basically conventional normal attitudes for the vast majority of the population today. The absolutely crazy shit they come out with gets disregarded and recognised as crazy shit over the years but the good stuff becomes part of most peoples' values. There's just no easy way to do this stuff. The way we have with all these nuts in universities banging on about crazy shit is the way we eventually come, decades later, to broadly accepted cultural changes and norms that make things better for everybody.
The easiest way to deal with all this shit is to ignore it for a couple of decades. The crazy aspects of it go away and you're left with stuff which eventually is accepted widely as good and common sense stuff. Like all these current terms. Critical race theory and gendering and endless other ones that I can't remember. I have no idea what any of them are and no desire to find out. I'm just going to ignore them for a decade or three until they shake themselves out into widely accepted things that the majority of society agree are good. That's the way to do it.

No, it is not polite. It is very rude and you know it. What did I say to trigger you? I was merely questioning the words that Soros used and they were rather unsound, but did of course address the kind of work that you do and he compared it to those who stole property from Jews. Did that trigger you or something?
If you would like to address other 'idiots' then how about addressing them directly?

And yet you can not see how your own suggestion that a child was compliant in the genocide of his own people is a far more spiteful and cowardly descent into gutter sniping?
Stop shit stirring and let posters defend themselves.
Since when was it was it so offensive to call somebody an idiot?
You really are like the forum word Police.

So my opinion about Soros is more low and despicable than Kirkland calling Miles all sorts of insults? No wonder you sling insults like water here. Calling someone an idiot and worse for having their own opinion is what really is policing, which when it happens to YOU you will claim it shuts down debate. Beanz, if its OK to call someone an idiot, then surely calling Kirky lowclass and lacking sophistication is OK too, or is that now YOUR WORD POLICING? .
Oh so now WHEN IT SUITS YOU, a 10 year old boy doesnt know what the fuck he is doing UNLESS, --- you so-far-left-ideologue-that-you-lack-any-common-sense-at-this-point, --- UNLESS that 10 year old boy wants his dick chopped off..... THEN his judgement and maturity can be trusted, RIGHT BEANZ? RIGHT?!?!?!?! ;D;D;D

No Miles, you're a genius who thinks you can keep the virus away by taking vitamins. And what you wrote about Soros is quite clear. And what you subsequently wrote is either intentionally or unintentionally misunderstanding what he said. I'll just pick one point -- Soros didn't compare what he does for a living with taking property from Jews. At best you're just an idiot, at worst it's crazy antisemitic conspiracy stuff.

It could be that it is just a tiny .... but very loud, very persistent, very aggressive and very fanatical minority who have succeeded in getting much more airtime than their numbers would justify. Maybe they have just worked out how to use the various communications and news channells well.
What is the 'good stuff'? Would you care to be more specific?
I wonder because I think X is probably more on the money.
I'm not arguing with X, I'm saying he's right. Again you don't understand what you're pontificating about. Not a good look for a teacher. I recommend some good quality drugs if you can find them over there. There's pharmaceutical grade cocaine in Japan at the minute if you can find it.
Thirty years ago my experience of British social norms was limited to Sunderland, which was like people from a Trump rally, and Cambridge university, which was about as liberal lefty as you get. But even at Cambridge casual racism and sexism was completely normal. People had just about got the idea that Black people shouldn't face what they were dealing with but other races and what have you, not so much. If you didn't have the small number of people yelling about these things and putting them on the agenda you wouldn't get the eventual changes lagging decades later.

No Miles, you're a genius who thinks you can keep the virus away by taking vitamins. And what you wrote about Soros is quite clear. And what you subsequently wrote is either intentionally or unintentionally misunderstanding what he said. I'll just pick one point -- Soros didn't compare what he does for a living with taking property from Jews. At best you're just an idiot, at worst it's crazy antisemitic conspiracy stuff.
Kirkland, look at what patients on Covid are given in hospitals....a heavy cocktail of vitamins among other treatments. Do your research. Healthy people are generally fine.
What I said paraphrased what Soros said. Pretty much that it is a scummy thing to do, but someone has to do it.
Lol, at 'antisemitic conspiracy stuff'. Nothing of the sort in the slightest, but very revealing in regards to yourself. You have been saying a lot of batshit stuff lately.
