Thats because Carl, you are too slow and at 32 you arent getting any quicker, I thought Taylor and Dirrell were the weakest of the lot but going by this and how Taylor dropped him he will be having a few sleapless nights about the rest of the tournament.

What rounds did you score for Froch?
I didn't score it on a round by round but I never felt any rounds were really decisive.
I think there is a lot of Froch hate on the boards and a lot of attention on his ugly fighting style and looking awkward against fast, slick opponents.
He certainly DID look awkward and missed wildly at time but at the same time Froch made the fight. He was constantly coming forward and throwing punches, and Dirrell mostly dodged and held on. He only came back with anything later in the fight, the championship rounds.
Let me ask you this, if one fighter comes forward for a whole round, throws punches and misses, but the other fighter doesn't come forward at all, and just dodged, who wins the round?
That is the question really, yes Dirrell made Froch look bad at times but he didn't do anything offensively himself in most of the rounds.
In such cases I guess two of the judges went for the fighter who was at least pressing the action and throwing punches.
I don't think it was a robbery, I think it could have gone either way.
Dirrell was a class act after the fight, Froch did what every puncher did after the fight and blamed his erratic style on his opponent's running.
Clearly the commentators, the judges and the other ringside reporters judging all scored it a very very close fight.
Opinions on here tend to be biased a bit and I think people have overreacted a bit on the robbery.
If Dirrell would have won it would have been totally fair though as well. Close fight.

A perfect example of why computer scoring wouldn't work even by your standards. No way Froch outlanded Dirrell.

the rabbit punches were a result of the holding - if the holding wasnt there they wouldnt of occured. i agree froch fought like someone from fucking ufc in there lol but the referee did not do his job properly - yes he broke them up reasonably well but you have to take points off eventually and it would of been ridiculous if he had taken off points against froch if he wasnt for dirrells holding.

Showtime boxing is the biggest joke of all time! Their the reason MMA is drawing a bigger crowd than boxing these days! First of all, I myself am an arkansan and I hope that Jermain never shows his face on T.V. again. What a joke! How do you go from dethroning BERNARD HOPKINS twice to losing to freakin froch and queen arther by knockout? I'll tell you how, you got rid of pat burns the trainer that got you the belts in the first place you freakin moron! But for those anouncers to act like Abraham was winning the fight before the knockout.....well.... they must have been bent over the bed rails getin it from some nazis the night before! And my word dont even get me started on the Froch Dirrell fight! That was a classic case of (lets keep our undefeated fighter undefeated)! Likewise those judges must have been on their knees the night before getting their feel of English spotted dick! Im sorry im just so ticked at showtime right now! This is exactly why they will always be second behind HBO. I sincerly hope by some miracle that showtime goes bankrubt!

Jeez, seriously, Direll's defence was great, but holding constantly and running isn't what I would call consistently outboxing an opponent.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think Froch was great in any way. Dirrel had a spoiler plan and did a good job.
But I won't be buying Direl's back catelogue of fights any time soon.

Hey props to froch...a win is a win. I'd cash that check not blink an eye and dream about beating kessler. But holy shit even my kid said how do you win when a you throw the other guy down and they take a point of your opponet and b when you land half as many punches and half of them are illegal. Whatever direll's bad for letting it go to the cards in another country, and we learn boxing should just be for k.o. 's cause decisions are worth about as much as these cheeseburgers I'm about to flush. Good fights the both if them got my money's worth

No it wouldnt have been as ridiculous as warning Froch yet not taking points then deducting Dirrel after no warnings. The refereeing and judgung were ridiculously biased and only an idiot would see it any other way.
