One major factor, Tszyu looks spectacular against Southpaws like Zab and Mitchell. However the right handers like Hatton or even Leija or Urkal gave him a bunch of issues. Mayweather would beat him fairly easyQuote:

The Tszyu from 1999-2001 injury free and not weight drained would have at some point landed one on PBF and we will never know what would have happened. Judah dropped like a sack of potatoes and he was supposed to be faster and punch holes through Tszyu's swiss cheese defense. It didn't happen.
Styles sometimes bring you undone and Hatton had so many other advantages on that night, PBF v Tszyu in 2005 is a UD for the Pretty Boy, had he fought prime Tszyu PBF might well have ended up in the Colonel's lap at ringside. I still think it is no coincidence that PBF dodged Tszyu just as DLH and Mosley did before him. How would have PBF handled Pryor?
Thats bull and you know it. Name a fighter 140 and under with a more powerful right cross than Kostya Tszyu. Before KT got beat by Hatton, (who had the perfect style and gameplan to get a win over Kostya) everyone knew and would have put their houses on Kostya beating PBF, simply because Floyd stands off, anyone who stands of Kostya Tszyu gets knocked the fuck out. If he came back he'd put a cat amongst the pigeons at welterweight. Some people had Kostya Tszyu at #1 P4P and with good reason, and he was top #3 in every single corner of the boxing community, and they all thought ANYONE who gets in there with Kostya would be beaten. Then when an Englishman comes along and wins a very close but obvious would be decision, but makes the champ quit on his damn stool, he's written off, he's a fraud, he's over rated. Enough of the shit. BTW Sal I was at UFC 70 just got in I'm fucking drunk, but make sure you tune in buddy, it was awesome.Quote:

Do you think Tszyu would have been favored? Because yoitsdan was saying that everyone "would have been betting their house on Tszyu"Quote:

At 140...at their primes...it would have been a tremendous fight. People are making KT to be just a power puncher. The man was a great champion...as accurate a puncher as anyone, tremendous shape, intelligent, and of course great power. Anyone who thinks this would have been an easy fight for Floyd is insane. Not saying Floyd would lose...but this would have been his toughest fight.
you make a valid point ,, but you gotta remember Judah was supposed to be the man before Tyszu handed him his ass. 27-0 21 kos ? had some decent wins over Reggie Green. Millet, Ward , Witter.. after that sparking Kostya gave him , I think some might re-think the odds a bit on a Mayweather fight.?Quote:

Also Mayweather with his hand problems might not be able to commend the respect to keep Tszyu at bay? interesting debate for sure..
pbf be to quick
be a boring fight like him and baldomir
floyd ud
I can't see how it would have been boring? Baldomir isn't in the same class as Tszyu!Quote:
