i think david needs to remember that he has no right to face wlad and if he really wants the fight he is going to have to bend over and take what ever wlad wants to give him.
i dont agree with the hole if you beat me you got to fight big brother, but didnt david say thats what he wanted to do.
and please dont go on about david being undisputed cruiserweight so he get to jump the que, heavyweight is to much of a jump, in weight and in class.

And it's not like comparing David Haye to De la Hoya, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather Jr. or even his fellow countryman Ricky Hatton is fair either......David Haye isn't a big money fighter yet and there it's no safe bet that he will become one either.
Wlad can put butts in seats in Germany and in the US as can Vitali....David Haye has trouble getting support in his own country

So he's offering to fight in Vlad's country for effectively nothing, agreed to two options after the fight, etc. The bottler Klitschko is instead negotiating with a fat domestic-level American to give him 20-25% of the same promotion. Fighting Haye would earn him 100% of the promotion, fighting an alternative around 80%. Why is he doing that?

He isn't saying that he'll fight him for free. The fight is worth a lot of money to UK satellite broadcasters and it'd easily be Haye's biggest payday.
Haye is offering to go to Germany and earn Junior 20-25% more than he could expect for fighting anybody else. And Junior is bottling the fight.

Both Haye and Kilitschko's people have said that haye is ofering to fight in Germany for UK TV money only.

So they'd have to pay the mandatory (Arreola or similar) 25 or 30% of the promotion if they don't fight haye. That promotion would be worth a nominal UK TV number as it doesn't feature a UK fighter. Haye fighting Vlad creates a UK TV market which pays a substantial sum, but that sum is only available to the promotion if Haye gets the fight. So the Klitschkos now face paying 25-30% of the promotion (without any UK TV money) to the challenger when they could have kept 100% of it by fighting Haye. Vlad is turning down at least a quarter of the value of his next fight so that he can avoid fighting Haye and fight somebody else instead.
