I assure you Donny that I'm dying to see this fight happen as much as you do. This is probably Pac's last fight and I would love to see him win in the negotiations as much as I would love to see him win in the ring.

Look at it this way. There are two demands being made. One was for weight which Mayweather has agreed to. The other was for comprehensive random testing. Manny refused it. Now both demands are justified in an ethical sense. Nobody wants Mayweather to come in at 149 pounds, do they now? And likewise nobody wants a superfight to possibly be tainted with the use of PED's. Agreed? We have eliminated one of the demands, but the other is still unresolved.
Now this is the issue at hand. There are no further outstanding demands to be made as pretty much everything else is resolved. All it takes is for Manny to do this one thing and then he can take home the purse of a lifetime. It is his refusal to do so that is making him look bad. And it is making him look extremely bad. You know as well as I do that I am not a Mayweather fan and that I have been a critic of Manny's. In this instance though I can just sit back as a casual observer with no vested interest in the fighters involved and see quite plainly that it is Manny that is being the problem here.
Stop making excuses for Manny and trying to twist the argument and just see it for what it is. Manny is refusing the fight of his career because he doesn't want to undergo random drug tests. This is the crux of the issue. We have pages of threads arguing about various things, but this is what it's all about.

I will agree that this should set a precedent for all high level fights. To argue for testing in every single pro fight is perhaps a bit much, but above a certain point it is probably quite justified.
I fear that the courts are probably not the best way to solve this issue though.

If you want to believe it's all about a bunch of other things then that's your call. However, there is only one fighter currently putting up barriers to the possiblility of the fight taking place.
Like I've said before, I was actually rooting for Manny to win this one. Unfortunately, that has become a little bit soured by this carry on. Hopefully Manny will reconsider and just get on with it, but I'm not so sure. All this talk of legal action means a point might be reached where all sense of sanity goes up in the air.

Could it be that he's trying to use this random drug testing now as an ace to divert the blame on Manny. I know he hasn't honestly agreed on the fine.
I hope Manny agrees on the random drug testing so gayweather would be put into the corner. I also hope that Manny increases the penalty to $15 mil.

Pacquioa never tested positive. Screw the GBP and the Crackweathers. The NSAC says Pac is clean, always been, and thats all matters.
