Look at it this way. There are two demands being made. One was for weight which Mayweather has agreed to. The other was for comprehensive random testing. Manny refused it. Now both demands are justified in an ethical sense. Nobody wants Mayweather to come in at 149 pounds, do they now? And likewise nobody wants a superfight to possibly be tainted with the use of PED's. Agreed? We have eliminated one of the demands, but the other is still unresolved.

Now this is the issue at hand. There are no further outstanding demands to be made as pretty much everything else is resolved. All it takes is for Manny to do this one thing and then he can take home the purse of a lifetime. It is his refusal to do so that is making him look bad. And it is making him look extremely bad. You know as well as I do that I am not a Mayweather fan and that I have been a critic of Manny's. In this instance though I can just sit back as a casual observer with no vested interest in the fighters involved and see quite plainly that it is Manny that is being the problem here.

Stop making excuses for Manny and trying to twist the argument and just see it for what it is. Manny is refusing the fight of his career because he doesn't want to undergo random drug tests. This is the crux of the issue. We have pages of threads arguing about various things, but this is what it's all about.
I know that you hate Mayweather coz he's gay and you hate competition.LOL.

I also happen to know that your hate against Pac is beyond measure as your favorite fighters have been demolished by Pac.

So I know you're watching at distant point and that you're indifferent on those two fighters. yeah. Tell it to the marines.

The crux of the matter is: Mayweather is afraid of Pac and he is doing his best to avoid the PACMAN.DLH wants some revenge on his humiliating loss and he is doing everything to retaliate.

I hope there are no paid haters in this forum and I also equivocally hope you're not one of those paid " haters".LOL.

By the way, I am not related to Pac in any way. I'm just here as a casual boxing fan with no vested interest. I am not in any way nuthugging Pac as I usually do here in this forum.

Brother miles, I'm as crazy as a rabid mongrel now and you can trust me on that.
    You are raving, utterly raving.

I tried to reason with you in a way that I thought you might be able to understand, but unfortunately you seem to be a little bit wired right now. The argument really is as simple as I put forward. If you want to believe it's all about a bunch of other things then that's your call. However, there is only one fighter currently putting up barriers to the possiblility of the fight taking place.

Like I've said before, I was actually rooting for Manny to win this one. Unfortunately, that has become a little bit soured by this carry on. Hopefully Manny will reconsider and just get on with it, but I'm not so sure. All this talk of legal action means a point might be reached where all sense of sanity goes up in the air.

So did Maywether really agree on the 10 million dollar fine? As far as I know Gayweather hasn't signed any contract to that effect.

Please elucidate me on this matter. For the moment I hope you understand that Mayweather is trying to evade Pac by making that ludicrous demand.

I fully understand what you mean Miles. From a hater's standpoint, I can understand you very well.

Mayweather has agreed to all of Manny's demands and there is nothing ludicrous in a comprehensive drug test. If Manny agrees then it means we have a fair fight. A good thing, no? His refusal, as I keep saying is where the problem is.

As for your last point, well I will choose to ignore it. It is christmas after all.

Ohh, did Mayweather really agree on the 10 mil fine? Did he sign a contract already?

Could it be that he's trying to use this random drug testing now as an ace to divert the blame on Manny. I know he hasn't honestly agreed on the fine.

I hope Manny agrees on the random drug testing so gayweather would be put into the corner. I also hope that Manny increases the penalty to $15 mil.

For now, I will rest my case and have some good sleep.

    Thoughts for myself:

"How I really hate my nuthugging. I would usually engage in useless debates for nothing.

I should be charging Pac with my professional fee. Defending him is costing me a lot of time and my wireless broadband connection is expensive.

Merry Christmas to all and may we all have a prosperous and exciting new year."
