Re: Question for the Pacman fans
It is visually impairing for me to envison a Pacquiao locked in battle with these comparatively "behemoth" in stature, middleweights, campaigning in a category below at junior... Whereas with Pac, at his heaviest on fight night, will not be any heavier than at the range of 149-151!
If he carries more than the weight where in the past have proven the correct range for him to perform at an optimum best, then it is unwise, for the additional weight may entail sacrificing on speed, agility, or both, attributes proven as essential to his past successes.
He may win those battles.... it is after all not a shot in the dark, but he may very well be already in a no-win situation, and spurred on by his heart and a warrior mentality, could easily spell doom for his own safety! If anyone will, it will be him fighting that losing battle... 'fraid those white towels don't work on him.
Re: Question for the Pacman fans
So, where does Pacquiao go from here? I've been thinking about it a little bit more and a lot has been said that he doesn't do well against counter punchers. Outside of Mayweather, who are the best counter punchers in the game that are at or around Manny's weight? Marquez at 147? I still like the winner of the Williams/Martinez fight.

I'd say Manny should go down to JMM's stronghold (135) and win the 5th lineal!

Yea he should do that, but we have to see how Marquez does against Kats.
That fight will show us how much JMM has left...
Re: Question for the Pacman fans
i'd just like to see pac in a fight where he hasn't bought his opponant down to a catch weight....
Re: Question for the Pacman fans
@154 - Alfredo Angulo, Shane Mosley, Kermit Cintron, Anthony Mundine ;D, Cotto II
@147 - Andre Berto
@140 - Devon Alexander/ Tim Bradley
I think Mosley deserves another shot ;)
Re: Question for the Pacman fans
He took a lot of shots from Margarito. Why? The only motivation at this point is money. Pacquiao should just retire. He doesn't need to fight anyone unless it is Mayweather to make the biggest payday in history.
