Closet Margarito fans..come out

I will admit to being a Margarito fan, he wore the JCC red headband when he fought Cotto, hated when he lost against Williams and Shane, wiped the floor with him every single round. Disliked him after being convicted but loved his heart and determination against Pac Man, when he could have been stopped a couple of time and he could have stopped Manny mid way with a body shot that nearly decapitated Pacquia. I also fancy Margarito’s wife. However I will be supporting Cotto as he is my favourite fighter.

I have to admit, I used to hate Margarito. I read about him getting caught with loaded gloves and I just thought of him as a dirty no-class fighter. Problem was, I'd never actually seen him fight. (New to boxing)

Then I watched the Pacquiao fight and I saw how much heart he had. He was getting destroyed and he knew it, but even though he could've quit at any moment he went the full 12 rounds. Perhaps a little stupid, certainly reckless, but that night I really felt like he showed something real. He wasn't fighting to beat Pac, he was fighting to restore his honour and his name.

Been a fan ever since.

For this fight? Shit I just don't know. I'm a Margarito fan, but I would also like to see Cotto win. Above that though, I'm a fan of boxing and I just hope we get a good fight because this year's big fights have been largely disappointing.
