True. Didn't he lose a lot in those recent lawsuits? $8m or so. Oscar fought most of the top guys so it seems strange he is holding Canelo back. Canelo is their biggest star tho so I guess he want to milk it as much as possible until his stable is solid again.
Oscar fought anyone and everyone when he was a fighter which is why he was the golden child. Canelo was solid and if GGG was not around Canelo would have stayed at middleweight.Quote:

No wonder Oscar wants to preserve Canelo as his top PPV star considering Schaefer/Haymon deceitfully stole all his fighters. Golden Boy have actually made a good comeback in signing tons of young American/Latino talent, but having the biggest PPV star in America is vital.
