Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
The guy brought up good points but he should have presented himself better. Instead of attacking PBF. He comments were good be he was disrespectful at times. Plus he was wrong a couple times. Shane was undefeated in 1999 and PBF Judah fight was pretty much a done deal before a Judah lost to Baldomir. He tried to make it seem like PBF called Judah out after Baldomir beat him.
Also i get sick and tired of people talking all this P4P shit but when P4P fighters make fights like JMM and PBF it's a problem. JMM was too small. People act like PBF wasn't never the smaller guy in the ring. Anytime one fighter moves up in weight there is gonna be a smaller fighter or a bigger fight plain and simple. Why is it ok for PBF to move up and be the smaller fighter in the ring but not ok for JMM to called PBF out and move up and fight PBF. When PBF moved up in weight everyone said he wouldn't have power and that he was too small and couldn't handle the pressure of a hatton or gatti. Now people act like PBF is a giant 147 pound fighter.
Cotto is bigger than PAC i don't hear people talking shit about that. I bet they'll say something when PBF beats him.

I guessed you missed the part about the body getting used to the move?
When you get older, you can grow. Floyd as he got older, he began to naturally grow, it happens, it's a part of life but Floyd was allowing himself to get comfortable in his new body. Marquez moved up nearly three weight classes in the blink of an eye. Not sure if you have ever tried to put on any weight fast. Once you reach a certain level, the body feels a bit slower and slughish. Floyd today, is a decent sized Welter Weight. Marquez was a blown up pop belly pig. Floyd did not even have the decency to honor the catch weight limit and to make matters worse, Floyd refused to get on the scale again before coming out to the ring. Do you wonder why? Floyd looked like he came in at about 160.
PS and the only reason Rugged was ridding Floyd's dick was because he was giving him props for his fights against Corrales, Hernandez and Castillo but after that, he was beating him down for Ducking shane, Margarito and fighting Baldomir lol
The guy is a fan, he was just telling Floyd how some boxing fans feel. He is not a nut hugger of Floyd thank God or else we would have to listen to some one suckings floyd's stick for an hour while the flomos masturbated to endless lies.
The best part of this was,
That he was telling Floyd you know I am speaking the truth. If I was lying you would have been able to shut me the phuk up.
Floyd could not stop the truth.
;)

Kind of random but I don't know if Suffolk County is middle or upper class or what, Long Island's a bit odd. I spent some time up there one summer with some family. Its real rich in spots, poor in spots, actually Queens is on Long Island. Bit of an odd place really, super rich in some areas.
Strong Island has very good and and very bad parts to it. Queens is on Long Island but usually considered separately.

Fine by me. Glad to hear it because we can continue to laugh at Floyd every time he makes these outrageous claims of being the greatest and what not. ;D
I think Floyd has made it perfectly clear that he is not willing to fight the best. It's a hustle. I can live with that.
I can too as long as he doesn't claim to be the best until he fights the best.
Maybe or hopefully he'll inspire Floyd. I liked his BHop comparison.

I actually thought he put Floyd in his place for the most part during the interview albeit Floyd was ambushed.
RA the Rugged Man and the like aren't ruining hip hop by any means if anything it's the opposite. Why can't you stand emcees from middle class backgrounds? Some of the best hip hop ever was made by emcees with middle class backgrounds (See De La Soul who are from the same area as RA the Rugged Man).

I heard that part. People say these things now. Hindsight is 20/20 big guy. When PBF moved up people said he wouldn't be able to handle the weight. I'm not asking you if people said that i'm telling. They said it when he went to 135, 140 147 and when he fought oscar at 154. I'm not disputing your that JMM put on more weight at 1 time than PBF did but at the same time JMM made that choice. He called out PBF. PLus i could be mistaken but didn't PBF get injured during training for this fight. If so do you think that could have played a part in him not making wieght? Not only that but PBF hasn't fought smaller guys his whole career. He fought one guy JMM. If you you wanna include Hatton go ahead but i can't because he was at 140 when PBF was at 130 plus Hatton ballons up to 180 and 190 pounds between fights. So no i don't count Hatton as being a smaller guy. Hatton looked just find in the ring with PBF. Weight played no factor in that fight.
Like i said before the host made some good points but the way he conducted the interveiw was wrong. If he had of calmed down some and asked his questions like a perfessional instead of some hype ass DJ he was of got his point across a lot better and would have also aloud PBF to give answers that would possible make himself look bad. Instead he talked over PBF and never really gave him a chance to give a clear answer to any one question. That wasn't and interview it was an attack. Not only that but the dude was wrong about a few things. I might not like Larry Merchant but one thing i can say is he knows how to interview a person in a way where he lets the person talk themself into a hole.
Also nobody wants to bring up PBF calling Shane out years ago. Like PBF said now that PBF is on top Shane wants a piece. Just like when Roy was on top he duck calzahe then when Calzahe was on top he wanted to fight him. Also can you knock him for fighting baldomir when baldomir had the fucking belt.
PS: i wasn't saying that the host was on PBF dick. I was laughing at the comment that PBF made to the host which was "don't ride my dick and call me garbage"
Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
;D;D
That was class! The host basically said everything we all complain about PBF on this very forum. And sorry Jaz and co he definitely knew his stuff about boxing, he may have been factually incorrect at times but then so was Flloyd. It was a heated argument afterall...
And no way should the host should have been a little more respectful. If he politely asked PBF those questions Floyd would just shout and scream back at him louder and given him no room. He had to carry the interview out like that or he wouldn't have got half his points across.
Respect to Floyd for staying on the line so long, or maybe he's just too stupid to realise it was him that was getting owned.
Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
All Shane has to do is beat Berto while Cotto beats Pacman...then everyone will see Floyd shake in his pants at having to choose between Cotto or Shane, because there won't be any reasonable fights left where he can claim its about money because those will be the payday fights.
Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
love the way floyd p*wns dana white whenever he gets the chance to make the bald little tub look stupid.

Exactly. Let's see where Floyd tries to snake away to when those two results come up trumps. Fingers crossed that the pressure gets amped up and stacked upon him.

Who exactly has floyd shyed away from?
His last 3fights have all been against world champions and great fighters.
He took the oscar fight at 154 when he didnt need to. Chose to fight hatton over cotto and could quite easily of opted to make his return against someone he could retune his skills against ala:clottey, cintron etc

Floyd fought and beat Oscar which was all well and good. Oscar was on the slide anyway though. Hopkins stopped him and Sturm beat him before that anyway. The cracks were right there and Mayweather took it. Hatton is not a WW and never will be one (though he gave it his best shot) and Marquez was way beyond anything he should ever fight at again. It was an outrageous fight to make all in all. And going beyond that is where the true cherry picking lies. Mayweather fought nobody at 140 and took his pick at WW too.
I want to see him step up and fight someone in his own weight class AND who is regarded as a serious P4P fighter. No smaller men and no Oscar chasing with the tongue wagging like a desperate dog.
That means Cotto, Mosley or Williams for me. Tough challenges with no extra added bullshit.
Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
I never seen Floyd sooo excited before like in that interview , those guys they really talked shit , they just tried give some Sazon to the interview that's all !!!!!!! , Fooling around ;D

No he did't have to carry the interview (more like and attack) like that to get his point across. He was so hyped up that he would ask a question and then while PBF would struggle to answer he would ask another question. If he had of shut up for a few seconds it would have allowed PBF to give a clear stupid answer and possilbly contradict himself. For all we know PBF might of had some good answers (I doubt it) but DJ hype ass wouldn't let him get two words out before interupting. I appreiciate that he didn't just praise PBF and ask silly questions that all boxing fans know the answer to but at the same time atleast let the man give a complete answer before you dispute it. Watch Larry Merchant. He can make a fighter contradict himself without shouting like and idoit. Larry asks a question and lets the fighter answer. If the fighters answer has nothing to do with what larry asked then he saids you didn't answer my question and ask the question again. That what we call proffesionalism. You just don't start yelling at people because you wanna play telephone tough guy.
Re: The BEST Floyd Interview EVER !!!
Macho that Margarito pic is awesome. Where you find that at?
