Abu Ghrayb, Haditha Weaken US Human Rights Claims
The US media presented only a snippet from the speech of Supreme Jurisprudent Ali Khamenei of Iran on Sunday, in which he threatened to damage oil supplies to the West if the US militarily attacked Iran. He did say that, but he also announced that Iran had no intention of striking first, had not attacked and would not attack another country, and that it has no nuclear weapons program and does not want a nuclear bomb. I didn’t hear any of those statements reported on television.
For some strange reason, a relatively full text of important speeches given by world leaders is almost never provided to the public by any US media in English.
Khamenei No Nuclear Weapon Program No | Informed Comment
Again, we've got inspectors in their nuclear facilities and have done for years. We have compete knowledge of their nuclear capabilties and have a full accounting of all their uranium. We know they don't have the tech to either build, trigger or launch a nuclear missile. We know they're not even trying to build one. I know the people at Fox have you wetting the bed over Iran's imminent nuclear attack but it's not going to happen.
Iran's Ballistic Missile Program | The Iran Primer
Iran has the largest and most diverse ballistic missile arsenal in the Middle East. (Israel has more capable ballistic missiles, but fewer in number and type.) Most were acquired from foreign sources, notably North Korea. The Islamic Republic is the only country to develop a 2,000-km missile without first having a nuclear weapons capability.....which could lead one to believe they will work hard to achieve nuclear power status.
It's easy to build a missile. It's very difficult to make a nuke small enough to put on the missile. It's a good start you actually reading something about this, actually read enough stuff from legitimate sources and you'll realise what a silly bedwetter you've been over Iran and their nonexistent nuclear programme.
