You will find Andre that the majority of muslims wont condemn this , so as far as im concerned they are on the same page.

Also, to say that those not condemning it agree with it is too simplistic. Fear must be a huge factor in keeping quiet. Look what these scum do to people that don't follow them.
People in Iraq don't like ISIS. But they aren't exactly able to protest publicly as they risk losing their heads.
Also, don't forget, to point out the obvious, it is mostly Muslims that they are killing in Iraq and Syria. And it is Kurds (Muslims) that are fighting them.
So considering that it is Muslims that are doing most of the fighting against ISIS it's clear that most Muslims do not support them.
I know this incident is different as it seems to be a lone nut, but this thread seems to have moved to talk generally about the current situation with extremism, hence my post.

I know, Andre. It seems then that this guy was a crazy, but that doesn't mean that there wasn't some logic to his reasoning. It is shitty behavior to be holding innocent people hostage, but it is shitty behavior aplenty in an age of complete insanity. Two wrongs do not make a right, but one has to try and understand it. I can just see where extremism comes from and unfortunately we have the crazies at the helm on our part who inflict a lot more carnage daily and I can see more doubling down as a response. Three wrongs won't make it more right either. It's a tragedy, it really is.

Yep now we got power crazy fuckers on both sides, now both using the other side as an excuse to remain in power get more funds and go all out for even more.
There are billions of us who just want peace and yet we cant seem to be able to put an end to the well armed insane who play war games etc with real people, who we finance through taxes etc.I get it but theres not much in answers, :-\ maybe it will all get played out at our ultimate expense.
We are so many if we just got together and decided to not buy fuel from one company at all for a week,we would cause a price war and all pump prices would tumble in it. Thats the power we have on mass but dont use it.

Maybe I'm wrong, but these people in charge don't seem very bright, they just repeat and repeat the same mistakes hoping it will go better each time. You see no difference between bombs being dropped on enemy targets that accidentally hit civilians and people dressed in school uniform walking into a school and murdering 126 children? The actions of the people involved are the same?
You are lying to yourself if you think that the pilot firing a missile at a military target but killing civilians instead (as awful as that is) and the man that looks into an innocent child's eyes and shoots it are the same type of animal.
Do you think that a reasonable response to the actions of a government is to murder woman and children of that nationality? I know you say it isn't be you do keep equating them.

2001 was a Saudi attack end of story. It had nothing to do with Afghanistan nor Iraq. Nothing.
That leads to different questions but governments failed to answer them. Saudi's attacked the buildings, they were detonated to the ground.
