ive seen mcgreggor spar, fair enough just one video, but from that I don't think he would make it to championship level

I would love it if McGregor does go wild on Floyd, just love it.

Floyd is 1/7 with Paddy Power. For some perspective - that is virtually the same price as Eubank jr to beat Abraham or Zeuge to beat Smith or for an even more nuts comparison Joshua is 1/25 to beat Parker!!!

A fella making his boxing debut has the same chance of beating Floyd as proven world champions do of upsetting their next opponents. What?

The reaction is interesting. Experts "Connor won't win but I want to see what happens", but I'm just amazed at MMA fans because they have no clue. They have no idea how much better boxers are with their hands. "He's been training boxing for years", so has my fiancé but that doesn't mean she can f'n box.

I don't know shit about this UFC lark but i'm gathering this chop suey's punching power is frightening? I'm pretty sure Floyd's sparko percentage would be a little higher if he fought in those knuckle dusters.

I watched a short video a while back which was exploring the power advantages over bigger gloves all the way down to bare knuckle, the difference wasn't as great as you'd expect.

Maybe or maybe he'd break his hands more often as he did early on in his career.

If Mayweather goes to 50-0 because of this, boxing should be abolished once and for all.

I see they're wearing ten ounce gloves just in case the leprechaun does manage to land something half decent. I'll still be watching though. There'll be at least two half decent fights on the undercard.

Well I disagree with that, I do think Floyd Mayweather Jr has done himself and his legacy no favors at all with this fight....if he decided to fight Conor in the Octagon then fuckin more power to the guy, not saying he'd HAVE to grapple but to go on another fighter's turf and beat him is different than inviting him to your turf and beating him.

If Floyd believes he is the greatest of all-time then he'd be better served fighting GGG (win, lose, or draw) than Conor Mac fullstop!

Here's hoping Conor eats his Lucky Charms before this bout, I ain't paying a single penny for it, but I'll be cheering once again for a Floyd loss because the fucking audacity that bastard has to think this is a real honest to God fight and not a sparring session....this is going to be less competitive than the Ray Robinson vs Willie Pep exhibition bout.

A guy at work is willing to wager $500 even payout with me that McGregor wins.
Watching this fight in a bar full of UFC chumps who are expecting McGregor to steamroller Floyd will be the cherry on top of the summer! Almost as satisfying as watching Floyd school Pac in front of a bunch of dumbass Pactards with no concept of greatness or skill.
