Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Trump has pushed through thousands of generic drugs. Made last resort meds easier to obtain. One could say he is not the right one to deal with China but the fact is he is the only one who has.

Well believe it. There's many ways to skin a cat. There's many ways to peel a banana. Trump is able to skin the cat and peel the banana but you just don't like the way he does it. I appreciate his unique style.

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Hey Tito what are you guys doing down there for New year's?
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Lots of partying which will include music, dancing, eating and drinking.
Will set off a bunch of eco-friendly fireworks.... and eat and drink off of compostable plates and cups.
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Haha something tells me you are joking about that but I do believe you will have plenty of food and drink and dancing.
Fuck it, you may even have some cats n bananas 😄
You are going to merengue all night aren't you? then you are going to bachata all night aren't you? Then you are going to salsa all night aren't you? The one thing I bet you're not going to be doing is the samba
My grammarly.com subscription runs out at the end of this month so I will not be able to be posting such grammatically correct posts such as this one
Happy New Year have fun and screw politics it is all a bunch of crap we are just normal people enjoying boxing and God willing trying to stay healthy and happy
by the way I was always wondering what the heck is Felix Trinidad doing these days? Has he started any companies or promotion type things or is he training any boxers or what?
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Everything except the bachata. :D
As for Trinidad, he keeps a low profile these days. Still fighting the banks over a bunch of money he somehow lost due to bad investments and the like. I hope he can reach a doable settlement with the banks and finally get this unpleasant chapter behind him.
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Is he staying in shape? I remember him saying in an interview that he really loves the feeling of working out and staying in shape but then again a lot of fighters say that and then they gain 100 pounds in retirement
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Well this was about a year ago, promoting a 5k run in which Trinidad and other former champions participated. He looks like he's staying in pretty good shape.

I heard he voted for Trump.
Just kidding bro. We can kid, right? 😉
No seriously he looks fit. Unlike Andy boy.
Shit I'm 195, I should talk! 🍗🍗🍇🍇🧀🧀

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
195's not bad if you're 6 feet.... horrible if you're 5'-6"
I think you can tell with an ex-fighter right away. He either maintains himself in shape... or he balloons up blimp-size. ;D

I'm 5' 6 1/2" and my weight has gone from 200 to 150 over and over and over since 1987

I'm in deep s*** and anything I try is not working anymore. Tito please help me

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Lay off the lasagna, for starters.
Also, how about restarting those exercise videos you posted some time ago? You seemed bent on exercising back then.
I know some people have a predisposition to be heavy, so it's easier said than done.
Discipline. It's the only answer.
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Thanks I will try it. I have been exercising but at 56 it's getting more difficult. I am able to put in about a 25-minute jog at a decent clip no more than two times a week however I do follow the jogging with three sets of planks and three sets of push-ups. On days I don't jug I do squats and some lunges
It doesn't seem to be working I guess I need to run for more than 25 minutes and 4 more than 2 times a week
I haven't had lasagna for months and months but I know what you mean I like to eat a lot of cheese. The problem is for example a couple of days ago I sat down and went through about six or eight slices of whole wheat bread each slice had about a teaspoon of mayonnaise on it and a slice of cheese. I thought that maybe if I ate raw scallions and onions with that that it would help to dissolve it. But it doesn't help to dissolve it. I also love sardines in olive oil. I don't eat pasta. I eat some rice because my wife is Indian and she cooks a lot of basmati rice. I don't eat too much meat and I really love beans and fruit
but for some reason this is all falling apart and I'm not able to budge my weight now

It does affect the bowels because it takes longer when you have more gut fat to take a shit. I drink lots of water. In days I eat very little my stomach still seems bloated. I truly believe that American food is killing people

Don’t worry we took up a fund and are sending you back to France. I love raw vegetable and was disappointed raw veggies can’t be eaten in china, and that includes the natives

I met Gandalf for some barbecue duck last week but all he did was bring a head of raw cabbage and GNAW on it like a rat.

For the weight you just have to be prepared to go without. I remember when I would skip meals and keep things simple weight would fall off. I was getting heavy for me at 82 kilos, didn't like it, so purposely became somewhat anorexic and lost a lot of weight. A bit mad though as I was then emaciated so had to put some back on. I keep it steady now and it doesn't take much to do.
I think not living in the West helps too. I am picky too, so I don't find it hard to avoid certain things. I avoid all bread products as they are pretty toxic. I worry about Master with his daily sandwich.

I don’t get this statement. Take a little extra time shopping. I have only bought organic veggies and free range meats and it’s really not much more expensive. You don’t need to go to Whole Foods all the time. But people make these statements like it’s impossible for them to pick out the proper foods they seek.

American food is killing people. By the time they are 100 nearly all of them are full up and just drop dead.

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I do buy organic, especially organic milk and organic bread and organic vegetables
Very tough to buy non-GMO organic meats

It was 5 kilos beyond what is medically recommended. Too heavy and it had to go. It wasn't hard to fix.

Really? I am only 6ft 1" but can't ever imagine being under 12 stone and considering that healthy.

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I think musculature has a lot to do with it. Who is more bulky will naturally be heavier at that height but who is more finely boned will easily be able to make that lower weight at that same height
-
Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
I am a monstor so 195 pounds is doable for me at 5' 6" 1/2 but it's time to lose 15 kg IN A HURRY.

I do a full body check every year. According to my height and build I should be 77 kilos. They have optimum everything from your muscle mass, bone density, blood sugar, everything. I pay attention. Slightly above or below is of course normal too, but not 82, especially for me. At 82 I was getting heavier in the trunk and didn't feel good binge eating too much and periodic drink too. I stopped then got too light, as I was controlling too much, and am now at a controlled and stable 75 kilos having build back up incrementally. Still a bit light, but good for me and in truth I have never been heavy anyway. You burn 400 calories on an exercise bike for 30 minutes. In 2 hours almost a daily food intake. It's all about what you eat and how you burn it.
I have always had a good waistline. At 22, I had 32 inches, at 33 a terrible 36 though, and now back to a solid 33/34. It fits for me. I compare myself more to the traditional English physically. People today look bad and being heavy is normalized at it is't normal. But if everyone around you is heavy, then you think it is odd when someone is kind of standard.
My weight to height ratio is within a normal medically recommended range. Certainly in this part of the world. Nothing odd at work there.

Right, I am more your Hearns, Paul Williams type. I do not carry a lot of bulk. I have built up with muscle, but have one of those long frames.
The UK average weight is 84 kilos and the average height is about 177cm. Now that is pretty unhealthy IMO as it means pretty much overweight.
I look at Calzaghe today and he is much heavier, but clearly not as healthy as when he was a fighter needing to be in shape. You see it in Hatton too. In retirement they have 'normalized' and it isn't particularly good and kind of reflects society at large.
Some people are in great shape, but many are not.

Re: 10 Biggest Polluters on Earth
Fats, I have told you a few times about a friend from the US who was fat, came here and lost lots of weight. He looked normal. He went back home for a year and then came back round again! I have no idea what they do to him over there. What on earth do you eat to gain so much. Another friend went home for just 6 weeks holiday and gained several kilos. He hated himself for it and is now looking great, but something definitely happens there.
I had some typos in a previous post. Am on a phone and pre coffee. So apologize for any gibberish.

Japan is really impressive that way. Here there really is an abundance of fast food and so much is fried or instant. In Japan though they really do have small portions and less of the fast food influence. The people look really healthy and you see it in their life expectancy too.
Japan = 84.5
US = 78.9

Some real eye openers in there. It's difficult to wrap your head around more than a dozen countries with life expectancies in the 50's. Pretty depressing, really.

At least 15 percent of my body weight goes into being a dick. Lose that and I would definitely be unhealthy.
