My work place did a health check on staff on a voluntary basis and my body fat was 14, I had to hold a machine in 2 hands it it did the rest.
Not saying it isn't correct. But those machine are pretty inaccurate. Did you have to stand bare feet on the scales too so the impedence also went through your feet?Quote:

I have used a weighing machine which said it could do it but that was wrong because it said mine was about 8%.
