Denilson has a point. However, picking isolated crimes to make that point doesn't work.
OJ Simpson - stabs two people to death. The crime scene, motor he was driving and house is smothered in DNA evidence, he goes on the run, basically admits to cutting their throats. He walks away innocent.
Damien Echols - spent 18 years on death row for a murder he didn't commit. Not a shred of evidence against him. He was found guilty because he was considered a weirdo "devil worshipper" by a bunch of god-fearing nutters - his crime was listening to rock music and reading Stephen King novels.

Capitalism at the level of people buying and selling local goods is fantastic. You have a controlled supply of money and it circulates. Instead we have banks/central banks who produce 97% of the money and most of the money goes to the super rich who horde it away. That is a bastardisation of capitalism and has more in common with Soviet Communism.
What I advocate is capitalism, but capitalism run in the interests of local community, environmental safety, quality of life and a great way to do that would be through collectives. Kick out the senior management who suck it all away and the shareholders who don't care and have local people producing things and sharing the resources and wealth themselves. Take the infrastructure, make it local and caring, and everybody can share in the wealth. Capitalism in today's form means slavery for most and crony benefits for the elite.

I support capitalism. I like being able to buy things and I sell my labour to do it like anyone else. What I don't like though is the corporate fascism that is sweeping humanity over a cliff. Capitalism only works when there are effective checks and balances and those checks and balances are gone. Unchecked capitalism has to eat on humanity like a cancer whence things like interest rates never being able to rise again. I called Kirkland out on that years ago and he thought I was mad, but who was right on interest rates? This isnt capitalism. It is central bank run corporatist psychopathy. Most of those guys are white too, crony rich white guys. They aren't on my side, Denilson.

Yes to an extent. Some people get by due to their wealth, some people get by due to who they know, and some people are either lucky or unlucky. Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil had a similar accident
Halle Berry was in a hit and run and didn't really get nailed for anything. Brandy Norwood (the singer) killed someone and didn't get jail time. Donte Stallworth, Leonard Little, etc have killed people in driving accidents and not gone to jail.
Some people get off, some people don't....the justice system isn't perfect, but it's better than some other systems
