Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
More excitement in putting a shine on your new all wood floors for 1st time and spill the bucket :-X. Lost track of the fight but every time I look up Monroe is standing there non committal.
-
Very disappointed in Monroe, he is not trying to go for it all.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Wow. Maybe the most boring round yet. I'm so glad I'm watching this.

Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
@GaMo how was your indian, you still got plenty left to see you through the rest of the night?
-
Monroe wins 11th but not a good fight.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
8-3 so Monroe needs a knockout
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Monroe finally did enough to win a round. 8-3 Saunders
-
Poor fight but Saunders 7 5. I should have helped Spicoli decorate instead.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
That was fucking abysmal! Why weren't the crowd booing that shit?

probably all fast asleep

Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
I guess Monroe wins the 12th. It was close. I'm not sure why Monroe didn't fight like he did in the last 2 rounds for at least half of the fight.
8-4 Saunders
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
8-4 for Saunders but it'll probably be 10-2 on the cards
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
I'd give that little kid a right kicking if I was his father
-
At least the kid apologised.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Little dude might have inflicted more damage than we initially thought the way that unfolded.

that wasn't an apology, the kid was taking the piss

Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Saunders needs to fight Jacobs, Lemieux or even Charlo next
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
I wanted more inside fighting allowed from the referee.
Monroe won 4 rounds maximum especially the last 2 rounds.
BJS needs another fight before the winner tonight for early 2018.
Well done BJS...stay in the gym.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
That was the worse fight card I have ever seen and BJS is total shit shocking from Mr Warren

That fight did nearly put me to sleep. Why was Monroe waiting and playing a game of "statues", did he not realise he was fighting for a title?
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Monroe said a lot cried a lot and done fuck all in the fight,! BJS tried to make a fight of it but the
fight was simply SHIT chaps.:(

In a way I wished the little nipper would get in the ring and punch Monroe in the balls again to get him to start fighting. ;D

Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Styles clashed and it was terrible to watch..both southpaws..monroe was crap...Paulie punching power from both.

Warren chose him because Monroe was a safe but high profile opponent that could keep Saunders motivated to train hard in the gym. Frank wanted Golovkin in December, preferably over here. Whilst BJS is fit he wants to keep him active and go to unify all the titles.
-
Apparently Saunders has called out Khan. Just about sums him up really.
So now World champions call out guys 2 weights below them who haven't fought in like a million years. Is that how it works is it?
I just watched what I could of last night's fight.
BJS is fairly talented, but Monroe was shite!
Now either people like Warren are excellent at their job and know that opponents aren't going to even try to give it a go, or I'm gonna have to question the integrity of this sport.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Mentioning Khan was a shock.
Why not mention Jacobs.?
Is Jacobs going to spend the rest of his career sitting on the sidelines but content he went the distance with GGG in a close fight?
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Just thought Warren took the piss last night, considering the BTsports platform that show won't get any more customers, BJS is all talk no go MJR was a disgrace to a world title challenge I mean you get a second chance and still have gas left at the end of the fight shame on you the guy was awkward but if BJS is world class you would expect him to be dealing with MJR easily.
-
Too bad Father of the Year won. Nut punching conspiring cunt...

What is Jacobs supposed to do if nobody will fight him? GGG said no, BJS said no, hell even Lemieux said no.
-
Re: Saunders v Monroe 16/9/17 London
Maybe GGG can fight Saunders and Canelo can fight Jacobs. Then the winner fights each other

For some reason Canelo only fights twice a year now..the guy is in his peak and will now fight in 8 months time!
It's silly. And a missed opportunity to pick up the belt from Saunders in December.

Those are the ppv days of the year and any fight in-between jeopardises those dates which shows you their mentality and greed.
Jacobs should get active and be relevant again.

What, you think Jacobs doesn't want to keep the momentum going?
Worst thing he could've done was perform like he did as GGG.
Nobody will touch the poor cunt with a barge pole.
If I was him, I would relentlessly shout my mouth off about the top guys and talk my way into a big fight. Fuck it , it works for pricks like Macgregor, Bellew, Haye and just about every other twat around.

Action speaks louder than words, get in the ring and keep beating opponents. That is how you stay relevant.

It must be great to be as naive as you are. Please list me down, 5 opponents that Jacobs should fight?
And then we'll see how realistic it is to keep fighting and stay relevant!

Our Brock could fight him since he says he can beat GGG easy. The fight could be in New York as well. :)

martin Murray is a SMW and is nowhere near the top of the rankings. So what good does that do for Jacob's prospects at MW. Next.
