He got banned for a culmination of things over many weeks. Bans are not dished out lighly on here, especially for somebody who has been around along as HF has
i personally think he had a point on this thread, i ant read what else he has written on other threads mind so i cant comment on that
if it was just off this thread id of said a few other people probly deserve to go first
perhaps it might be an idea to have an over 30's section on the forum?
going by most of your equal nationalistic posts somehow i don't think you'd be given access...
ha
americans really are touchy
perhaps we should have a british forum and there would be less whinging
HA you really are racist
i'm not American, I'm Puerto Rican, and i don't think that that British are racist and narrow minded, i just think YOU are
now that'll be all ;D
:lickish: youd be wrong
you were also wrong about my nationalistic posts
creating a racial issue where there isnt one isnt cool you know
youd be right about the brits not being racist tho, no one cares in britain and you can say the odd thing like calling people touchy and you can be sure noone will uneccessarily bring a race issue into the conversation
that will be all what?
are you kidding me? you turn everything into a race issue you twit, making comments like, if Froch or Haye were American they would be superstars :-X

I havent turned anything into a race issue, i have to say its more than reasonable to think that it is very likely that there wouldnt be quite as many froch / haye hating posts by americans if they were american
that isnt racist, its just the way things are
i support the england football team, i dont like the spanish football team because i think they cheat, if i was spanish i would probably love the spanish football team

Your posts are a joke bro. John Ruiz and Chris Arreola are Americans and they get criticized here by Americans plenty. Ruiz is also of Puerto Rican descent and gets criticized pretty badly by fellow Ricans too, Arreola is known as a fat slob. The problem is they didn't market themselves as being guys that can restore the HW division and beat the Klits easily, Haye did. And I'm sorry to say this, but it's been a few of Haye's fellow countrymen, not all because there are rational Brits, defending him left and right. I seriously laughed out loud when I joined this site, and Haye was being called the next Evander Holyfield because of the cruiserweight connection. Haye ain't no Holyfield, I'll tell anyone here that is delusional enough to think that.
You ain't no boxing fan, just a nationalistic one.

your last sentence doesnt make sense
in fact a few of your sentences dont
and your posts are jokier than mine dude
and we will never know how Haye would be viewed by americans if he was american because he isnt, i reckon tho things would be very different, maybe i am wrong maybe im not
the difference between haye and arreola is, arreola doesnt really have a chance at the very top where, as hard as it seems to be for you to admit it, haye does

No, my last sentence makes sense. A boxing fan really doesn't give a shit what nationality a fighter is, and they for sure are unbias when assessing the fighter in terms of skills, accomplishments, etc.
A prime example would be that one post of yours where you think Hatton is on par with Pacquiao and Mayweather in terms of accomplishments and skills. Now why the hell would a British fight fan would think that way? ;)
My point exactly.
Re: Here's a novel idea: Have Wlad publicly remove all of Haye's excuses
Haye really needs to knock Audley the fuck out and just hurry up and get on with whatever the hell he is intending to do
All this jibba-jabba is really pissing me off! :mr-t:

i have never said that matey, it made me laugh tho
we should really keep the debate honest
i am boxing fan, i like watching pac and mayweather fight but if they got in a ring with any british fighter i would want them to loose
perhaps countries outside britain dont see the world that way, perhaps when arreola got in with vitali you wanted him to loose because he is fat?

hahaha you're a joke
maybe it just so happens that people can't stand Haye cause he talks more than he fights, same exact reason people Mayweather, who by golly happens to be American gee wilakers
same shit goes for Froch, people bash him because he talks as if he was the next coming of Ray Robinson, no different than Zab Judah or Corey Spinks who also get strong criticism

That which I bolded I disagree with. I wish this was an innocent society where boxing fans looked at a boxer for all their accomplishments before judging them or becoming a fan. Unfortunately we live in reality and the truth is, many boxing fans are fans of a fighter because of their nationality, remember when people like Pacquiao just started getting big and he had the whole Phillipines behind him? It wasnt because of his accomplishments because he hadn't had all of them yet, it was because it was one of them. Many boxing fans are biased towards fighters they like that can be because of race as well. Nationalistic fans are a big part of boxing because its your country's pride there. That's like saying all the people in the UK aren't boxing fans because they loved Ricky Hatton, or saying all Phillipino's arent boxing fans because they support Pacquiao. It's different in the US because we have so many stars that are already american, in other countries it can be very different and they support whomever their greatest star would be come, its called nationalistic pride, and it's been the selling point for many fights in the past and will continue to be as time goes on. So the statement that a "true" boxing fan doesn't care what nationality someone is and lays out everything before supporting is one of the most untrue statements when it comes to boxing. Nationalism is part of what makes some matchups so appealing because of that entire atmosphere that's created and the passion from those fans.

i agree with what you say but (as bolded) its not unfortunate, it makes it fun
it would be dull if everyone in the world supported the same fighters
what would we talk about then?

Again those are not real boxing fans. I should have been more clear when I said "boxing fans." I meant real ones. The Filipinos that all of a sudden took interest in the sport because of Pacquiao are not real fans of the sport, they have poor knowledge of it. Pacstraightleft is what I would call a nationalistic fan, Hattonthehammer, Lefty Lee, Eric, are nationalistic fans. What do they all have in common besides rooting for their country's fighter? They are also bias and have poor knowledge on the sport.
There are plenty of boxing fans here and I'm talking about real ones that really doesn't give a shit about nationality, race, etc. VD, Cutmemick, Skel, ICB, are prime examples of guys with great knowledge on the sport that really doesn't give a shit about things like that.
Your mixing up real fans and bias ones and lumping them together as one entity. Real fans don't make statements like, "Hatton is just as good as Pacquiao and Mayweather in terms of skills and accomplishments," "Amir Khan will be dominant as De La Hoya and Leonard," " Haye is the next Evander Holyfield and is just as good EH at the same time frame," "Pacquiao is as great as SRR," etc.
Those are not real fans of the sport with that kind of poor assessment.

Real fans don't make statements like, "
Hatton is just as good as Pacquiao and Mayweather in terms of skills and accomplishments," "Amir Khan will be dominant as De La Hoya and Leonard," " Haye is the next Evander Holyfield and is just as good EH at the same time frame," "Pacquiao is as great as SRR," etc.
Those are not real fans of the sport with that kind of poor assessment.
you dont live in the real world dude
id say at the very least 90% of sports fans across the world support a team or an individual because of their nationality, and i think your mates skel, ICB, VD and whoever would agree
(at the very least 90%, its probly more like 99%)
and again due, as bolded i never said that, you cant win an argument by inventing stuff
are you on drugs?
