I agree Duran would not stop Pernell as no one could even prime Tito could not stop an old Sweet Pea. However Esteban De Jesus was lighting fast and put down a prime Duran twice if I remember and we all know how great Durans chin was. Ken Buchanan fought his best fights abroad and was respected by the American he beat the legendary Jim Watt which says it all and I rest my case.

You missed the bit where he was respected by Americans and fought often over there he beat Ismael Laguna and defended his title all around the world. That takes a lot of doing, can you imagine another fighter doing that. Jim Watt was only beaten by Alexis. Ken was probably the best Scottish fighter ever.Quote:
