Really happy for Barker, he deserved it but was a close fight. Interested to see if he has to rematch or whether they'll be a mini series in the UK with Murray, Macklin et al.

Barker was never the typical flash cockney, ever. Denis Waterman would have needed his own Minder before confronting Barker and even his brother ( a fine boxer) Pete (R.I.P) would have struggled to sort out Darren.
