What I can't believe is that when I woke up and looked on boxrec, they have installed Calvin Brock as the top heavyweight in the world.

He wasn't overly impressive here last night, according to wacko's analysis, and to put him as the world's top heavy just seems like an absolutely ludicrous decision. Is he better than Valuev and Klitschko? Is he bo****s. I don't even think he'd make the top 5, even in this drought of decent hw's which we are seeing at the moment. How are the boxrec rankings sorted, because it seems that whenever one of the top few fight and win, they are automatically put in at no1? It's just a silly system if CB is no1, lord knows, when I fightt wacko down the local park after a few too many jars in an argument about JFAT, will the winner be installed as the new no1?

I watched the fight again this morn...& I just don't get how some of you thought the fight sucked...I mean it had it's moments of slackness...but all in all...Brock pretty got the better of Ibrag throughout the fight.

One thing I have noticed...I said that Brock has a leaky defense...& he does to an extent...but what he does have looked to me to be working periodically...but it was just ugly as fwock!!

Brock's just, I don't know, kinda average. Not saying he's a mediocre fighter cause in this division he's definitely not, its just that he doesn't do anything really well, he's not real fast, he's not a huge puncher, he's not very big, he's not the slickest guy. He's not bad in any one category but he's not really great at anything either. He's got a pretty good attitude and he's poised, that's probably the best thing about him. I actually like him for whatever reason, I've always rooted for him and he's pretty solid overall but he's definitely not a guy that's gonna come along and clean out the heavyweight division. Just my opinion, and its not all based on last night, cause Ibrigamov made it hard for him to look good cause he fought so negatively, and it was primarily his fault that the fight was such a sleeper.

It's just so hard for me to not like Brock. I think that he's a great boxer...but he's just not great at one thing...just like you & I have said before.

This might sound stupid...but seeing him in person, talking with him, & here it (this might sound gay) comes...having his blood splattered in my face mustv'e made me go all googlee on him...I like the guy...period! ;D
