Yeah Australia hasnt produced that many great fighters, mainly because boxing is a minor sport in our country and because Australia is a rich country and ppl dont have to fight their way out of poverty.

Can you enlighten me on who said Manny was going to get "blown away" by Oscar, Hatton, or Cotto?! I certainly didn't think he was...neither did many other people on this board. That is what is so ridiculous about some of you Pac fans. Trying to somehow make his recent wins extraordinary because you claim no one expected them. As an example...i, along with almost everyone else on this board (not to mention the media), fully expected Pac to destroy Margo...because Margo is a limited, slow, mentally weakened fighter (he got exposed as a cheater). Now whether Pac was stupid in allowing himself to take Margo's shots or his defense is porous, or he simply was trying to show heart...is besides the point. He beat a fighter HE WAS SUPPOSED TO EASILY BEAT. Fact is...he has not faced a great fighter on top of their game since Marquez. If he fights Floyd and wins...you can justify the hype.Quote:
