Re: How do you deal with constant nagging?
A few things:
1. She wants to go to UK and she may divorce you once she gets settled in there. She is probably afraid of moving there by herself, but hey, you are the time tested Brit.
2. Why does everyone say "to be honest", tbh, or honestly (then some declaratory statement) ??????????? It drives me crazy! I think, have they been talking rubbish at all points before they state they are being honest now? Or are they just clarifying that they are in fact honest people and this conversation is worth having?? Or should they just use the word "frankly" to express that they are being somewhat blunt?
3. You live where you could get many hot asian women. I would let her remember that.

1. That is always a possibility, but if we don't go together then she won't go at all. I think she is off the idea actually. She usually steals the internet to look at handbags for hours on end, but in the last 3 days she has been all over the academic job sites (all in Korean) for me. Just maybe the England idea has passed over.
2. In my case I use it instead of frankly. I find 'frankly' to be a bit of an antiquated term tbh. Or should I say 'frankly' there?
3. That is true. And I still have a modicum of sexiness going on for a man of 30. One of the jobs my wife has found is for an all girls university. I would find that a bit weird tbh. Or should I say 'Frankly, I would find that a bit weird'.
Stop screwing with my discourse patterns dammit!

Re: How do you deal with constant nagging?
We've found a job at another women's university. I must ask the question here, what exactly is the point in an all women's university? Do they have these in other countries? Just seems a bit weird to me to have a university with only one gender.

They've got more than a few in the US...hell we've still got traditional all black colleges and universities which began because of segregation but have continued because the blacks have a sense of great pride in the successes of those schools and it's not like they keep whites, hispanics, asians, or anyone else from going to school there but they are just traditionally for blacks and actually in my home town we have NC A&T a traditionally all black school and Bennett College which is an all black and all womens college.

I went to a historically all black land grant institution.
Re: How do you deal with constant nagging?
what is it with you lot and your failures when it comes to the ladies?
women are simple minded and easy to control, if you can establish the ability to tone a womans behaviour on just one occasion your fine for the rest of your life.
just establish the relationship where what daddy says and does, goes. They can be temperamental and at times challenging....but thats what chocolate, flowers and romantic movies were made for

.......yes I am just kidding ;D
Re: How do you deal with constant nagging?
ahhh yes, i can smell them just by lookin'. the one at the rightmost at the back is also fine. funny how most caucasians look the same to me though. lol
Re: How do you deal with constant nagging?
I don't happen to think all Asian people look the same, but a lot of people seem to buy into that kind of thinking. Koreans will compare me with all sorts of white people who I look nothing like. Basically anyone on the TV with dark hair and a white face. The latest one my students have is Woody from Toy Story. Next week it will be someone else.
