Looks like the arrogant punk bitch is throwing a fit and wants to be a pro boxer now.
His first opponent was supposed to be Fernando Vargas, but now looks like it could be Jeff Lacy.
Lacy is pretty much shot as a bxoer, but I figure he still has enough left in him to put Diaz on his ass. Better be a 10 round fight.

It's weird, I also think Nick Diaz is a punk ass bitch, and a real ugly mother fucker to boot.
But for some reason I think he's awesome, and his brother Nate.
Just love the way they fight. His fight with Paul Daley was brilliant, trash talking him the whole way through, showing him zero respect and then when he got caught and floored just getting up and KO'ing him inside the first round.
Brilliant.
I have too much respect for Jeff Lacy, who I think is as gutsy a fighter as they come to se him take this fight though. I don't want Jeff to become a laughing stock. Since the shoulder injury he has had nothing left. Time to hang them up.
I would love nothing more than to see Nick Diaz get KTFO....hey James Toney fought Randy Couture in his first MMA fight, put old Diaz in with a top ranked fighter....let's see how he would like fighting Tavoris Cloud or someone like that, Glenn Johnson maybe.
Sounds like you guys aren't confident in Lacy beating Diaz ?
I looked up Lacy's last fight, cus I heard he lost to a nobody, and sure enough the guy was 23-19 and beat Lacy by UD. :-\
Even still, I just can't see Nick Diaz, with his grand total of one or two pro boxing bouts, 4 rounders, beating Jeff Lacy.

The guy is a stain upon society, with no respect for anyone or anything, he's a piece of shit. I was rooting for Daley the whole time, Daley had Diaz on his stomach doin the Watermelon Crawl tryin to blow him to escape getin KO'd, then Diaz wobbled Daley n jumped on him in a similiar fashion, with 3 SECONDS left in the round and Big John stopped the fight.
Diaz is great at mma, no doubt, but also lucky on some occasions, and surely has not been facing the best in mma, only the best in strikeforce.

Of all the MMA fighters to cross-over Diaz has as good a chance as any. With his previous boxing experience, albeit a short career, he would gave the like's of Lacy a good scrap.
Nick & Nate are two of my favourite MMA stars, like Bilbo, I just love their attitude, but most of all their style, heart and guts !
It wouldnt suprise me at all to see Diaz beat him.
Man Diaz will get knocked out by anyone marginally good. Lacy maybe shot but he still got that left hook. Diaz got dropped by Daley who isnt really a good boxer, hes got power but shit technique.

at anywhere near the top level tho he would lose in a boxing ring i reckon seen as though it is his first fight, after 20 fights he may be able to hack it, he might start a little higher up the ladder than someone who has had no professional fight experience
it all depends on how near the top level lacy still is, i for one hope Lacy wins easily but i am a boxing fan :)

Im a fan of both sports, so can appreciate what a MMA fighter would have to do to make the transition, and vice versa.
Im not saying Diaz would win, not at all, but he did train boxing as his first form of combat, he just evolved into MMA. He has skills, the skills would need to be polished up, but as ya say, how far gone is Lacy now ? Now harm in trying ya hand at the sport if he feels he can mix it then why not :)
Diaz is much bigger than Lacy as well.
